I found Todd on Yelp and texted him about a minor project (electrical outlet and fan/light switch installation). Todd responded within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. Keep in mind this was a small project and not a huge money maker for him. Despite this fact, Todd arrived at my home on time. He greeted me professionally and was very respectful of my home. Todd determined I needed a new electrical outlet and light switch. He drove to the hardware store to personally purchase the parts without asking for money. He even went to his house to get an extra part to save me some money. Todd had receipts for all parts and was reimbursed. Todd completed the project to perfection! He also stayed for another 30 minutes to inspect my home for any other repairs. He found a water leak from my roof that was missed by other contractors and myself. Todd came back to my home a few days later to inspect my roof and diagnosed the source of the leak without charging. His pricing is very competitive and Todd is very meticulous about his work. Todd pays more than the usual attention to details and is a true professional. I would absolutely recommend Todd as your local contractor. He understands his specialty. If he cannot complete a project or does not specialize in a specific project, he always recommends that the homeowner to find a contractor that specializes in that field. I have known Todd for over a decade now. He has been there to take up any issues I have with my property, starting with an issue with the fence, replacing rotten trims outside the house and painting them, locating the source of a leaking window (which several others were not able to do) and fixing it!!! and so many more. We had our house repainted this past summer with Accurate Home Repair. He does superior work; knows the best paint to use; when to paint and gives advise on color choices. Our house looks great and will be good for the next 15 years. He did a wonderful job on gutting our bathroom: new drywall, toilet, floor, light fixtures and mirror. My first experience in May 2019 with AHR was Very Good. Todd called and arrived at the agreed time, as he promised, to install a vent cap in our roof. Unprofessional hack job! only works 3 hrs a day .Todd took forever to do a one day job installing a 32" vanity top and faucet . Took 3 days to complete , And the faucet he installed was leaking.. He blamed the faucet leak on the manufacturer.. Good luck this guy is a liar and has No accountability ..ask him if he has business insurance! read more
