Our experience with Accurate Roofing was not at all smooth. Don't let the face of the company Johnny Lara and his smooth talking fool you. Our 1917 Historic Craftsman was more then his company was use to or could handle. Attention to detail and craftsmanship was not something the crew was familiar with. The pictures show the work that you will recieve if you choose to go with them. They made endless mistakes, had shotty craftsman ship, were condescending and refused to finish the job. Dangerous materials and trash (bottles of piss) were left around my property for an extended period of time and we were expected to manage the workers while on our property. Johnny Lara only came to check on the job occasionally and generally did not know what was going on. Johnny Lara and the employees of Accurate Roofing refused to take accountability. Their price is certainly very comparable to other companies out there however, what sets them apart, and helped with our decision was John Lara. He is the owner of the company. John received our call, was very punctual to the assessment appointment for the estimate, he brought all his gear and within 20-30 minutes, he got all his measurements completed. He went around the property and pointed out issues and areas of concern, he also took pictures from the top of the roof to show us areas that could be a problem in the future.
