They even tarped our roof on very short notice just before the rains arrived. Pablo was very attentive, he listened to all our concerns and was always respectful and considerate of our needs. He took the time to explain the problem areas as we had a lot of damaged wood, took pictures for me and went through repair options, always being fair and honest. David came by to inspect my leak by physically going up on my roof. He told me that he would email me the estimate next week. I waited until yesterday, 4/7/26 to reach out to David for the estimate. I texted him at 9:23 AM about when he would be sending me the estimates for either the repair or the entire roof underlayment replacement. I saw that he read my text message but he did not reply back. The next day I texted him again that I will be informing his office of my interaction with him. He texted back right away that he is out of town for training and he apologized for the late response. I told him that I will not be using his company for my repair/replacement due to his lack of care and commitment. He texted me by the name of Trina and Angela, although all he had to do was scroll up on the text messages for my name. If it's this difficult to get a hold of this company to give them money for their service, it might be impossible to get a hold of them once they have your money.

Sure enough, my staff called, and was able to get someone from Ocean to come out within hours, survey the job, provide two separate proposals, and without asking, provide detailed and useful photos of the condition, and the proposed solutions. The quotes were reasonable, and we had them come out the next day and make the recommended roof repairs. Actually, the crew came out early, about an hour before we opened, and had already set up and were ready to go. The job was completed in a timely manner, and again, full detailed photos showed the full work.
