We called to have our septic tank pumped. It started out rough as my wife scheduled a Tuesday at 430 appointment. They called at 430 saying they couldn't come and rescheduled for Wednesday same time. Wednesday came and we hadn't heard from the company. They did show up but not at 430. They arrived at 515. It wasn't a big deal but I could see how usually this is a potential problem. The driver came out and shook my hand with a smile. He then found my septic and the opening to it pretty quick. I was impressed. When he pulled it open it was noticed this tank has not been maintained in years. He guessed 5-10 years. He pumped it out pretty quick. I was told an hour but didn't take more then 30 minutes. I would use these guys again. He even took a look at my neighbors yard as well. He ran out of time to take care of it today but maybe they can reschedule for a different day. read more

This is my first review on Yelp, but I was so amazed at how professional the people in this company (Fort Pierce) are that I had to write a review for them. They do business the old fashion way, like a company should; by taking care of the customer and informing them upfront of what to expect with no gimmicks etc. - just honesty. That alone is commendable. Ive never owned a home with a septic tank & had heard horror stories so was anxious when I called. Samantha was courteous and walked me through the process. I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. Your employee, Randy Diaz, is impressive and so very nice. You will be glad you chose to go with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. read more

Talked to Samantha on the phone and she gave great customer service. She was very nice. They were available that day and she promised that they would call half an hour before arrival. Karina called me back to let me know that an employed would be there shortly. Esdras (forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly) called just like expected and came within an hour. I know I will have to relay the information to my parent's, whose home was being serviced, so I loved the fact that when I asked questions, he was patient and simple with his explantation to what the issue was. I appreciate that he didn't make it sound like if we didn't get further work done right then and there, that the tank would "explode!" which is the feeling I get from other services (from plumbing, electrical, car maintenance, etc) if you don't do an extra $1k+ of work. He let me know what the next step would be and I feel comfortable knowing that I can make a good decision with the information given. I will definitely be using them in the future and have already recommended them to friends an family. read more

Why would you call for sewage pump-out and the receptionist would ask for your credit card before work was done? Never experience such nonsense. Plus was told it would take 4 weeks for appointment. Something is wrong with that picture. read more

I've never owned a home with a septic system, and now I own two, my primary and my mothers home. Accurate was able to come out when we had a minor problem and they were able to take care of it on the spot. They gave me some tips on what to do and what not to do. Accurate Septic provided me excellent service. Earlier in the day as I sat at a traffic light two cars back from a septic truck, I remember saying to myself I should take down their number. But with a name like Accurate Septic, it was easy to remember. My septic system developed a problem that same evening and when I called them, the answering service answered promptly and gave the name of the person that would be calling. Less than 15 minutes and David Whiteside called, asked a few questions to get a clear picture. He gave me the name of the driver who in turn called within minutes to give me his arrival time. Serafin came within 20 minutes and found my septic very quickly, pumped it out and all is well again. I have used this company twice. Not only are they speedy coming out but they charge half of the price of some of the other companies. The same tech came both times, (every 2 years) was speedy, pleasant explained all about septic tanks to rookies who never had one . I will use this company again. read more

We moved to a new home six months ago in the same neighborhood. One thing led to another, so getting the septic pumped out at the new place went by the wayside. Yesterday decided to call a vendor to get that done. Noticed while reading reviews, our previous vendor's reviews had gone way down hill after ownership change. Decided to give Accurate Septic a try after seeing so many positive reviews. And so glad I did. They put us on the books for first thing in the morning the next day. Their truck arrived early. Met the very pleasant, knowledgeable technician. He quickly located the pump out and begin his job. In less than 45 minutes the job was finished. The price was much less than the competitors. made an appointment on a Friday for a septic pump out. I was given an appointment for Saturday between 10 and noon. No show, I called answering service put me on hold for a half hour never answering again. I called Monday was told the driver never saw my work order and 3 others.
