Daryl was wonderful to work with. He installed four motorized screens on my new patio and took the time to thoroughly explain the different screen options, along with the pros and cons of each. The installation was completed on schedule and exactly as promised. After the installation, Daryl returned to help us adjust the remote settings and make sure everything was working perfectly. He was also very creative in helping us add two screen doors to the side screens, allowing us to easily walk in and out of the patio without having to raise the screens during sunny days. I am especially looking forward to using the screens during the winter months, when they will help keep the patio comfortable and cozy. Recently, I had some black out shades made for my bedroom. In my line of work, I often have to work graveyard shifts and thus I sleep at the brightest and hottest times of the day. The blinds I had prior to contacting Accurate Shade & Blind were absolutely awful... They let in ungodly amounts of light and made watching TV annoying due to the glare that I would get. Once I received my shades, my entire world changed. First off, the shades themselves are very high quality and aesthetically pleasing. I got black shades along with black fascia (which covers the housing and mechanism to raise and lower the shades). My room is now extremely dark and also much cooler than it used to be during hot days. I really was blown away with the difference they made. They fit my windows perfectly and the only question I find myself asking is, "why didn't I do this sooner?" This company was recommended by a friend. I used them about two years ago to install motorized shades in my home. They were very reasonable in price and the shade turned out beautiful and are still working without any problems. I recently contacted them for an estimate for vertical blinds on a large window and sliding door for a rental property I own. Bruce came at the appointed time and brought a great number of samples -- all high quality. After getting his estimate, I decided to contact a nationally advertised company, Budget Blinds for an estimate. Budget Blinds' estimate was nearly twice as high as the estimate I received from Accurate Shade; so needless to say, I ordered my blinds from Accurate. They used a local So Cal manufacturer so I had my blinds within 10 days of placing my order. The installer was pleasant and efficient and the blinds look fabulous. The moral of the story is -- just because a company has "Budget" in their corporate title does not mean they will be the most cost effective option. read more

I called Accurate Shade & Blind to have 4 motorized Roman shades installed in my stairwell and I was more than pleased with their work. My dog has bad anxiety when it comes to strange noises, so they used a new quiet battery motor so that it would not disturb my dog.
