Erasto did an amazing job and gave us just what we wanted. We needed blackout cellular shades installed behind plantation shutters in our bedroom. I didn't think there would be enough room behind the shutters to fit them, but Erasto assured me they would work and he was right. I was very tense since one of the window blinds in My Home had broken, and I was desperately looking for someone to fix it. I tried many shops, but everybody was telling just replace the entire unit for thousand dollars or something but at Reseda Shade Day got my call even though the owner was home he quickly told me to come to the shop and as I reached there he was waiting for me. he told me there is no need to replace the unit. We called Reseda Shade Saturday morning just to get a quote on repairs for some vertical blinds of ours. Erasto came by in a couple of hours to do a temporary fix in about ten minutes for $75. He did let us know that the wear and tear on our blinds might lead to more future issues, and so we decided to purchase and have Reseda Shade install a new set for about $400. Erasto came back on Wednesday and got everything installed in about ten minutes ago. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and had great customer service.
