Tom kindly explained that he could perform a White Glove service but can't go up on the roof. This is a common limitation as I searched for businesses to help confirm and fix the issue. But Tom noted that there is a high likelihood that the vent was installed with a screen left in place - something the installer should have removed. Tom recommended I contact the builder, asking them to address the issue. Tom gained nothing by making this recommendation but I hope this review and my future business repays him and his company in some small way.
