Fax Service Review. I use this store alot. I needed to send a 12 page fax and since this technology is not so common these days, I called UPS Store Lutz to get pricing. Over the phone I was told 1.71 for the 1st four pages and 22 cents for every page thereafter, so about $9 total. I went to the UPS Store Lutz to send my fax. When completed I was told my bill was $23. I didn't want to pay that price, but the fax was already sent. I told the store clerk that I called in advance and explained the pricing I was told. They honored the pricing I was told and I paid $9. Very good for them. It turns out the phone call pricing was wrong. Actual costs to send a fax is $1.71 per page regardless of how many pages. Seems a bit high. The reason for this review is if you need to send a large fax, probably better to find a different way than UPS Store. I will continue to use them for everything else. read more

This location is easy to access and the workers are friendly, even during a busy time of year! Parking is usually easy to find out front and there hasn't been much of a line when I have visited. They offer packing services which is super helpful when shipping gifts. They also offer printing services and take back amazon packages so there is a lot going on in this location. I am glad it's in a convenient location. read more

Thankful for the convenience of this location! If it wasn't for my bad habit of constantly purchasing unnecessary products from Amazon, I wouldn't frequent UPS as often as I do. The employees are always very friendly and quick to serve you. I've hardly come in here when there's a long line, but when there is, it has always moved quickly. They have 2 self-serve stations just for Amazon returns to speed things up. They accept post office drop offs as well, which makes my life so much easier! The parking lot needs some re-paving, but other than that, this location is awesome. read more

UPS store is a wonderful place to get in and out of in a timely fashion. They're located right next to Tijuana, flats and go go gadget in Lutz. If you need anything shipped out worldwide, state or local, they will tend to your shipping needs. If you're in need a document notarized, they have one on site for anything that needs that approval. They will take care of that process for you. If you're looking for specific services, they can handle that as well flyers print. If you need printing done for targeted demographics . He's great at what he does. The quality of work is good. Very fair priced if you call ahead request service, they will have everything done for you. Love that they accept ALL Amazon returns (even with it not having a package or printing label). They are always quick and friendly!

Great place for everything! I especially love the fact that this is an Amazon drop spot- I can return my items unwrapped and unboxed and they ship it back. Very poor customer service. Disappointed in the attitudes of the staff. The store manager Cheryl is extremely rude & made our experience miserable. My husband and so were inconvenienced for an entire afternoon trying to simply pick up a package being held at the store. The problem began when the original UPS delivery never left a notice on our door or at our leasing office that the package was attempted to be delivered. We had to call around and find our package. When we found out the package was being held, it was the last day we could pick it up before it was sent back to the sender. Once we arrived at the store we were treated like criminals trying to steal a package. The staff barked at my husband for his ID. My family will never return to this UPS again. Today, it has taken over 5 hours from walking into the retail location hours of contacting UPS customer service and retail customer service and the UPS corporate You're better off going to USPS, they will treat you better. read more

I was polite until they made me wait in line a third time only to refuse service. I've heard and read reviews about this in the past that complained about rude lack of service. I have had a PO Box at this store for 15 years and never had an issue. They were fantastic. All of a sudden it has changed. I no longer have this PO Box and all of the employees are fantastic but one , this may include the management. I sent my wife to the store to ship a high chair to a person in another state who as an account. I asked my wife to please hand over the directions for packing and shipping from the person receiving the chair along with her account. My wife was told UPS DOES NOT PACK AND SHIP. I called this person and questioned her and she said UPS DOES NOT CHARGE OTHER ACCOUNTS. I questioned her and she finally told the truth, UPS STORE 1819 is busy and decides WHO AND WHAT GETS DONE ACCORDING TO THIS INDIVIDUALS PERSONAL PREFERENCES . I have the chair in my wife's Jeep. I must work in a state of emergency as an executive Director and the time I've spent preparing this chair to be delivered must now take much more time. Not every UPS Store is the same, I have used many UPS Stores but this store in Land O' Lakes is my favorite. No matter what my need, complicated copy needs, notary or packing and shipping the staff is friendly and fast. Plus they love DOGS and have always been accepting when we enter the store with an assistance dog in training. read more
