Same for another business that advertised in the Journal. I contacted this business which advertised in the Buyers Guide and he was out doing errands and was able to come by same day. I had issues pringting off emails and internet pages. Problem solved. On my ancient laptop, I had wireless connectivity issues. Problem solved. He also installed anti-virus software on each computer. The reviews were assuring and Ryan made me feel at ease on the first call. I brought my laptop to LCH and Ryan helped explain the problems and solutions in ways that I could understand. He graciously explained that It Was Time (to let the old laptop go). Basically, the old laptop could no longer handle the new technologies & software that I needed. After educating me on the problems and possible remedies, he let me choose the solution, graciously hand held me and provided expert guidance as, together, we selected a new laptop that best suited my needs and desires. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Once the new laptop was selected, he expertly transferred all of the data from the old dying one to the new one. And this transfer was seamless.... everything appeared on my new laptop the exact way it was on the old one. And of course, he ensured I had not only a backup of the data, but also a way to destroy the contents of the old laptop to ensure security. Along the way, Ryan provided invaluable education as well. The selection of the new device and assistance to transfer all of the data were actions that I would have endlessly stressed over. Instead, the entire process was easy, stress free and incredibly fast. He's a lifesaver!!!
