Right after installation, I could barely see out of my back window. I had already done my research beforehand and knew what type of tint I wanted, but it didn't matter, the material they used was clearly low quality. When I called to get it fixed, I was told to come by the shop, but when I showed up, they were closed all day. After trying to reach out again, it seemed like I was blocked, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I ended up going to another shop to fix the issue, and that's when things got worse. They informed me that my window trim had been cut and glued back together just to fit the tint. On top of that, the glue used caused serious damage and my defroster lines were completely ruined. I also never received a receipt or invoice, and my car was never registered in their system. It felt like once the job was done, there was no accountability. The fact that they only accept cash also raises concerns about whether this business is even properly licensed. I had to spend even more money to fix the damage they caused so save yourself the time, money, and stress and DO NOT GO HERE.
