My truck was vandalized and the rear window was broken. I called them up around noon and they said they could take me in today and get it done today as well. Remember the Seinfeld episode where they took the reservation but didn't actually do anything about the reservation? That happened with these guys. I made a reservation in person and explicitly said I'd couldn't drop the car off all day, I'd wait. They TOOK the reservation for the next Saturday. They called me and said they were ready so I came in and they said "OK - come back tonight." I said that wasn't possible, I had didn't have a ride so I'd need to wait. They said they'd call when they were ready for me so I ran some errands and tried to kill time. They called me three and half hours later so I come in and they told me they were backed up because some other customers showed up and they were working on their cars instead, but I could drop the car off next Saturday. Luckily I was able to get right into Diamond Auto at 2946 Jamacha Rd and David did a fantastic job so the day wasn't a complete loss. Bottom line - no chance I'd ever do business with these guys.
