They do all my adjustments for my daily driver as well as my SCCA Solo F-Prepared MINI Cooper S. All the guys there know who I am and don't treat me different because I am a woman; most of them know me by first name on the phone, what cars I own, etc. The owner has some of the best mechanics around and is always there to help, give advice and feedback, guide us in the right direction, troubleshoot, etc. It is great to see other people who are passionate about motorsports and racing. The fact I trust these guys with my car means I would easily trust them with my life. The owner once told me he took over this place because he couldn't trust a garage and decided the best way to remedy that was to run his own. You can't argue with that! For racers (SCCA Time Trials, Time Attack, Club Racing, Solo) they offer every service possible: Corner balancing, full race support, performance parts and installation, advice, troubleshooting, ECU upgrades, and they also rent race cars as well as offer driver services. For the everyday driver they offer basic services like fluid changes, tire mount and balance, mechanical work, etc. These guys have never lied to me or steered me astray or stretched the truth to make a sale. Their shop prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and they don't round their time up or attempt things they don't know how to do (which I haven't found yet).

Steve took the time to chat with me about his experience with that particular amp and that it was notorious for failing because of the structure of it and the positioning in the wheel well that caused a lot of shock to the unit. He went on to tell me where I could find an upgraded model of the amp and that he would be happy to help me out if I ran into any problems installing it. I was able to get a replacement amp and after installing it, have an audio system that sounds as good as new. He could have very easily told me he couldn't help me, but instead took the time to talk to me about how I could go about getting my problem fixed. Even though I didn't need any work done in this case, I will not hesitate to take my next job to Steve to work on when the need arises.

I was running into trouble with my amp, turntables, and mixer and didn't feel like my set up was pushing these to their potential. Steve sent Colton and Dan up and they hooked it up. They brought up a brand new amp, went over all my equipment and got my set up dialed in. Highly recommended. I was not happy with the multitude of things they said I needed and there extra fees. I took my car in last week and was terribly disapointed. I approved the diagnostic service which was $180. I declined the high end parts they wanted to use. the labor and shop fees, The total bill was about $2000. $175 was shop fees. When I went to pay the diagnostic fee it somehow grew to $205. I bought some remanufactured parts from ebay and put them in myself. Total cost $130, 2 1/2 hours work and two dirty shop rags. Car runs perfect now, Will never go back. We miss you Mark!
