The oil light came on in my son's car as we were driving to an out of town meeting, so I looked on yelp and found this oil change place. We had less than 30 minutes to get to our meeting so they couldn't do an oil change, but they were able to immediately top off the oil to get us on our way. Really nice, friendly staff, and they only charged us for the oil--no service fee! I highly recommend them for your auto needs! read more

Very nice to work with, however ability to diagnose and fix problem with my car - less than desired. Took my car in for a few items to be diagnosed and fixed. My red brake light was on as well as my ABS light, so I asked them to fix the brakes so the light would turn off and diagnose and fix the ABS light situation. Oh, and I asked if they could look into an oil leak. They said they could do all with no problem, had them complete an oil change while at it and they offered to rotate the tires at no charge. $800 in brake work later the brake light was still on. The tech told me my computer was bad and needed to be reset but they couldn't do it there, I would have to go somewhere else to get that completed. The ABS light was still on; I don't even think they looked into that issue at all - as requested. Nothing was done about the oil leak, so when I questioned them about it, I was told I needed to run my car though a car wash and clean the engine because they were unable to determine where it was. They did rotate my tires, however did not re-fasten ANY of the hub caps. Lost one somewhere in driving. Had to buy a new one, replaced it, and while doing so, checked all other 3 tires, not one was tight. So I did take my car to another reputable mechanic here in town, who was able to fix the Brake light (broken Brake sensor - not sure how that was missed), the ABS light (a disconnected wire - another easy fix that was missed), and the oil leak (without asking me to take the car to get it washed). Probably would not trust them to do any further work on your car other than an oil change. And if they throw in the "Free" tire rotation, check you hubs!!! read more

After multiple attempts of taking it back over and over, it STILL NEVER GOT FIXED, AND NOW HE WON'T RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. Dale's Mobil One provided outstanding service. I went there for an oil change and service on our Jaguar X Type. The staff were professional and thorough and did an excellent job. They outlined all the items that were checked out and service was fast. All the staff / technicians impressed me with their willingness to listen and to be responsive. I chose to go to Dale's after reading YELP reviews since I had a poor experience at another provider. Soon after my service, my Jaguar's check engine light went on and the car chugged a bit when accelerating. This is a twelve year old car but it is in good condition so I was surprised when the problem occurred. I took it to Dale's and he and the staff analyzed the message and narrowed it down. They were honest about my options and eventually identified a major issue which they resolved in one day after ordering a needed part. The cost was reasonable, the service and communication was excellent and I would definitely recommend this business. I will use them again! read more

Called with questions on a Wednesday, told I was going to get a call back never did. Called again on Thursday and also was told id get a call back, never did. Went into the shop on that Saturday to get an oil change and ask my questions that I had. They changed my oil and looked into my car problem. Went to pick up my car and they stated they had to order a part to fix my car and it would take three days to get in. Never got a call, so I called to see if part was in, and they said it never got ordered! WORST CUSTOMOER SERVICE I've received at an auto shop. read more

I am one too take reviews and information with a grain of salt because I find people speak out of anger and no logic. I am not overreacting or emotionally responding by being irrational. In fact I am a very reasonable person. I typically leave great reviews, the only reason I would leave a negative review is for what I am about to explain. My girlfriend purchased a transmission and had it installed here. Took a month, a month without your car is hard but it is what it is and we worked through it no ones fault here. We were called in to take a look at the transmission. In shipping there was damage, only cosmetic is what we were told. I took a look at it and agreed that shouldn't be a problem. We were told if it were to become a problem it would be taken care of, no problem. Yeah I can work with that, plus we needed the car. First couple days, transmission not shifting into gear very well then a day later can't shift gears at all. Happen to get it looked by another mechanic because we couldn't move the car at all. He fixed for short term but still needed properly fixed. Brought in to Mobile 1 told them what happen and that it is also leaking pretty bad. Everywhere we park it leaves a good amount of oil. Apparently Dale himself looked at it and said it was not leaking and good to go. I am not stupid or a fool so we took it back to the previous mechanic who fixed the shift linkage the last time we where stuck. First thing he said is its leaking bad, and guess from where... the cosmetic damage we were shown previously by Mobile 1. We no longer trust Dale with our vehicle so we had it fixed else where for obvious reasons. Over a month later on our inquiry to get a partial refund it has been a battle. Dale is conveniently never available to talk, chooses to relay messages through the poor guy up front. Finally my girlfriend made contact with Dale. From what I heard, very unprofessional and down right disrespectful, laughing at her mockingly. This isn't a joke. This is 3400,00 out of our pocket for a transmission job that was not done right or acceptable. From what has been explained this shop does not have the capability to handle any mistakes made by themselves. It sounds like financially he is unable or unwilling to work out a reasonable accommodating refund and is trying to avoid dealing with this at all. I feel bad for having to do this kind of review for both parties. But the attitude and unwillingness to resolve this professionally and respectfully has prompted me to right this review. Next step if not handled appropriately is reporting to BBB which will be a first for me and my girlfriend. read more
