I saw one that I was interested, so I went to check it out. When I arrived I was assisted by Jenna, who vas very helpful and provided great customer service by answering my questions. My eye was set on the GE refrigerator [Steel Exterior] that was posted on line and I was taking the measurements so I can make sure it would fit. I did an inspection of the unit and was sold. This particular unit was Brand New, never used. The only thing that was noticed was the plastic wrap on the bottom portion was peeked off (Cosmetic). What made my decision easy was the price I paid for it. Went into the office and started the paperwork. Whet I really appreciated was the option of financing they have. Applied for it and got approved. After everything was finalized and amount was within my budget. I would highly recommend getting the setting up done. It is an extra cost and delivery is free. I set a date for the refrigerator to be delivered and Jenna made the whole process easy. The day came for the delivery and got to meet Max. He was able to bring the frig upstairs to my place and he was able to set it up. It was a perfect fit for the space and he recommended that the handles go on the other side, so I have room to open the freezer and bottom. I was open to the suggestion and was not an additional cost. I appreciate that from Max and it shows that he was honest. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Jenna and Max made my decision to do business with them the right choice. In my personal opinion, I would recommend appliances 4 Less, if you are looking for an appliance and are on a budget. They have different inventory, so check out the site first. After waiting for over an hour, I went back to ask again, and one of the same employees told me the person who was supposed to help was on lunch. If that's true, why couldn't anyone else in the store help? There were plenty of employees walking around, but not one of them stepped up to assist. I wasted over an hour of my time and ended up leaving without making the purchase. It's unbelievable that a customer who's ready to spend money can't get basic assistance. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I won't be returning to this location unless they seriously improve how they treat customers.

He was super friendly and answered my questions. I expressed my love for HP and he showed me some specials they had. I ended up going with a HP OmniBook because it was $300 off. I was considering a warranty but for 1yr at $170 and it doesn't start until after the 1yr manufacturing warranty it wasn't worth it. I passed because that's not worth it. Overall, the service was great and the value was too. I just don't like their warranty program and bummed they didn't have Pokemon.

Unfortunately the noise was still there the next day. Franklin came the following day and took apart the dryer again and found the problem. A cracked blower wheel. The crack must be hard to notice. He gives a 90 day labor warranty on dryers so i was not charged. He didn't even charge me for the blower wheel. This guy isn't going to try to rip you off or tell you parts that are fine need to be replaced. He will be my appliance guy from here on out. He will figure out the problem one way or the other.

In a time when all of our stuff is made cheaply and expected to break, shops like this are a beacon of critical thinking and taking care of business. San Bernardino is like LA, you can find anything if you look hard enough. This part of town is rough - but preserve through if you are the kind of person who hates the throwaway culture that has been thrust upon us. My tv had a problem where is suddenly had no picture, but the sound worked. Googling around, I found some repair flow charts and determined the issue to be either the power board or LEDs. Since power boards are so cheap online, I tried that first. That wasn't the issue so I knew part of the LED backlight was bad and I was not interested in the careful/gentle nature of that type of repair. I found this shop and they were very friendly and straight forward. It cost $25 for diagnostic, which of course goes towards repair if you choose to do it (just like a mechanic). They were able to fix my issue same day (probably because these tvs are crap and they keep common fix components in stock). It ended up being ~$150 total and it is better than new because they put longer lasting LEDs in there than it started with. Yay! The repair tech recommended I get a good power strip to plug into to protect the LEDs for fluctuations in power that could make them go bad in the future. Note, he didn't sell it to me, he recommended it as a best practice. Good dude.
