This is so far my favorite Curacao. Lots of parking and very clean and organized inside the store. Every employee I encountered welcomed me in a genuine manner. I was able to find easily what I had come for. The girl in the video game section was very efficient and quick. On my way out I snapped a photo of my baby. I contacted and spoke to an agent this morning and they tell me the only thing you're doing is providing a store credit not a replacement! Yet Centricity says it's a replacement??? They lie and so do you. This reflects very poorly on your store and company. You sell the warranty and then force customers to use "store credit". Who knew they had the employees singing and belting out songs that the original artists should be singing instead. If you want to hear loud music that's terribly karaoked by the Curacao employees, then come here! They will make sure to turn their machine up louder to drown out your questions you try to ask. I have yet to have an experience here that is at least average customer service. I have purchased a refrigerator here and as of today the 5th technician has come and gone and it is still not functional. We have a full warranty and insurance and they are sending another company out to check it to make sure they have exhausted all measures to fix it. Meanwhile I bought a mini fridge because I have had to throw away so much food that has gone bad in the fridge or freezer burnt. I'm just about ready to sue them. So much money wasted in throwing out food each time they say it's fixed then doesn't keep cold. I would never shop here again. Plus in store they all speak Spanish as first language and that's totally fine but I can't understand a lot. Plus they help other Spanish speaking people first. I'm Mexican American myself but don't speak Spanish and they have been rude on multiple occasions in store. I'm so unsatisfied with the store and company as a whole. read more

The store itself is nicely layed out and the staff is attentive. There's a few who I'd steer clear from but otherwise it's a good place. However... if you use their restrooms, just be aware that they are not the cleanest or smell the best. Walking up to them they smell like urine, especially the men's room.. A few times I've gone I ended up just waiting because I'd find the stalls with toilets full of blood or someone's fecal matter. This is not the case always but it's still not something you want customers to see. They are in need of a serious revamp because the floor and a lot of the inside is stained and broken. read more

I brought the refrigerator into the kitchen and plugged it in and transferred my food into it. Because it did not get set up at delivery I didn't know that this model can also be used as a large refrigerator with no frozen food section. I know have soup for ice cream and $300 wasted freezer foods that were totally defrosted. Even the refrigerator is warm. I called Samsung customer service and was told it sounded like a compressor issue and that I needed to call Curacao. I called Curacao and spoke to customer service. I told them I need to talk to a supervisor. Of course I had to tell him the whole story why I needed a supervisor. He put me on hold. With in 10 minutes my call was disconnected. I called back and had to go through the whole process. I was put on hold again. The customer service rep told me he would check back with me which he did, he asked to put me back on hold. I said, "Yes, but please do not disconnect my call". "He said if that were to happen he would call me right back." Sure enough a few minutes later, my call was once again disconnected. I've been waiting, and waiting, and waiting.......... My last three refrigerators I bought were used appliances and I've had less problems with those. Saturday 4:48, I called the shipping number and it went right to music. It kept telling me to please hold. Thirty minutes later, I finally hung up. I'm guessing that the department had already closed for the day but there is no recording telling me that information. I guess I will try again tomorrow. read more

First two times I bought things from here, it went great. I bought an expensive lamp and a Samsung TV. This third time, it went horrible. I went to buy a bedroom set and a desk and apparently the person assigned to that department was busy. So they sent someone else with little to no knowledge. I wouldn't have minded but literally this person looked like he'd rather be anywhere else but there. He sighed many times in front of us and was super inflexible. We talked to the manager there and he wasn't any help. We were clearly upset and they really couldn't care less. The desk was cheaper somewhere else too and they didn't want to price match ‍. Tonight I had my first shopping experience at Curaçao and I must say I highly recommend this store! I was greeted at the door and then greeted by every other employee I encountered. The treated me like royalty! It was a busy time and there was not a large presence of staff on the floor but when I asked for help at one of the financing desks they quickly called for help. They have a nice selection of furniture and the store is very clean. Raquel stopped by to let me know that she'd be back to help me. Raquel was so professional and helpful. I purchased a bed in box mattress and they price matched the item for me, then a young man cheerfully helped me with loading my item into the car. Thanks Curaçao! Yennifer sold me the wrong item even after I asked her 4 times if it was the rite one, I get home take it out the box and sure shit it's the wrong one I come back to the store the next day to exchange it and they were no help at all, seems like they got mad at me for their mistake.
