Amy was very patient with me & taught me some tricks of the trade! My hair loss began 10 years ago & got progressively worse. The store is always in tip top shape and there's a wide variety of products from skin care to hair care to accessories. I almost get overwhelmed due to how many items they have lol (but that's a good thing)! The customer service is always great when I come here. A while ago they had a reward point system where you spend a certain amount you get points, but this time they didn't offer that incentive. I would recommend they bring that back. Although my experience is great each time I go here, the music is a tad bit too loud. Overall, I will continue to come to this Beauty and Beyond location because they have great customer service, the store is clean, and they always have what I'm looking for!

The employee who helped me was excellent - she took her time with me and, when asked gave me her opinion on how the wigs looked. I also had a partial mastectomy 20 years ago and as I was leaving I was going to make an appointment to be fit for a bra when Carol, the owner said she would do it then. I had been ordering wigs online for a while, but I wanted a change -- especially when you're investing in real hair, you really need to see it in person and try it on before spending that kind of money. I had looked at a few other stores before, but hadn't had any luck. Beauty and Beyond wasn't far from me, so I decided to give it a try. Right away, I was impressed -- the store is huge, incredibly clean, and has an amazing assortment of lace wigs. I'll be honest, I was hoping to work with a woman, but then Khalifa stepped in to help me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was so patient and kind -- he told me to take my time, and when I asked how many wigs I could try on, he said three. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, not even for a single moment. I selected three to try, and honestly? The very first one was perfect. I tried all three just to be sure, but the first one was the one. Khalifa was genuine in his feedback -- when he said it looked great, it felt real, not like a sales pitch. While I was there, another customer came in who had purchased from the store before and was back for more -- she said her hair always gets compliments. That meant a lot to hear! The wig I purchased was 100% Remy human hair, and yes, it was an investment -- but absolutely worth every penny. That same evening I wore my new hair to a birthday party and got so many compliments! Then the next day at another event, people who know me well came up and said, "Did you cut your hair? You look amazing!" Nobody realized it wasn't my own hair -- they all thought it was!
