The store has a HUGE selection of natural hair products, which is great for a lady liked me who has natural hair. The store also had a wide variety of wefted & crotchet hair, wigs, accessories, makeup, and a lot more. I believe this store could eliminate the need to find order items from online because I could probably find exactly what I needed or something similar at this store. This time, I opened it in the store, and it still did not fit. I immediately showed it to the employees at the register, and they could clearly see that the item did not fit as intended. Despite witnessing the issue, they refused to offer an exchange, refund, or any solution. The employee told me that I should have asked them to open it before purchasing, even though I had no reason to believe there was a problem with the product. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the products they sell. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store to others.
