Absolutely horrible! They measured my unit nearly 2 weeks before installation. The day of…read moreinstallation they began by pulling up my old carpet. The concrete is now fully exposed. They then went to the van, pulled out the new carpet and rolled the new carpet out in the parking lot on the blk ground to cut the carpet while stepping on it leaving blk marks. The owner Antonio got mad at me for being upset rolled up the carpet and attempted to leave. I don't wear shoes in my unit let alone roll my carpet on the parking lot ground. I went in the rec room and moved all of the furniture to allow enough room to cut the carpet. Why didn't they do this from the beginning or why didn't they cut the carpet at the warehouse? What was the purpose of measuring ahead of time? After rolling the carpet out in the rec room Antonio got mad again that I wasn't happy so again he attempted to roll up the carpet and leave. Please remember I now have exposed concrete in my unit. I'm a woman, I had to have my male cousin go to the rec room and work with them (Antonio & his helper). Once a man stepped in respect was given and the carpet was laid. They left my surrounding flooring disgustingly dirty! Dirt, concrete pieces, etc. They charged the bldg over 2k to install the cheapest lowest grade commercial carpet you can find. They only changed the carpet in the living room not the remaining 2 bedrooms. They also did not match the new carpet to the old carpet. It was a totally horrible experience from beginning to end. They were suppose to arrive at 9am and arrived around 10am. The store is literally 2 miles away. Horrible service by a horrible owner! I would give them zero stars but I had to pick at least 1 to make the review. Horrible! Absolutely horrible!

Robert's team led by Carlos laced the wood back together (they had to take up a larger part of the floor because the boards didn't line up perfectly on either side of the old repair) and were able to reuse many of our existing boards to do it, you can see the new wood over by the wall in the collage. They sanded the floors down and prepared three stain samples (bottom left photo of the collage) based on colors we picked from a fan book they loaned us. The bottom right photo is the finished product and we couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out! They took great care of our home, using plastic to cover the openings to the kitchen and all vents so the dust didn't end up anywhere it shouldn't, and cleaned up the remaining dust when they finished. The stain is Nutmeg from Duraseal on red oak hardwood, with a Satin finish polyurethane sealant.
