Absolutely horrible! They measured my unit nearly 2 weeks before installation. The day of installation they began by pulling up my old carpet. The concrete is now fully exposed. They then went to the van, pulled out the new carpet and rolled the new carpet out in the parking lot on the blk ground to cut the carpet while stepping on it leaving blk marks. The owner Antonio got mad at me for being upset rolled up the carpet and attempted to leave. I don't wear shoes in my unit let alone roll my carpet on the parking lot ground. I went in the rec room and moved all of the furniture to allow enough room to cut the carpet. Why didn't they do this from the beginning or why didn't they cut the carpet at the warehouse? What was the purpose of measuring ahead of time? After rolling the carpet out in the rec room Antonio got mad again that I wasn't happy so again he attempted to roll up the carpet and leave. Please remember I now have exposed concrete in my unit. I'm a woman, I had to have my male cousin go to the rec room and work with them (Antonio & his helper). Once a man stepped in respect was given and the carpet was laid. They left my surrounding flooring disgustingly dirty! Dirt, concrete pieces, etc. They charged the bldg over 2k to install the cheapest lowest grade commercial carpet you can find. They only changed the carpet in the living room not the remaining 2 bedrooms. They also did not match the new carpet to the old carpet. It was a totally horrible experience from beginning to end. They were suppose to arrive at 9am and arrived around 10am. The store is literally 2 miles away. Horrible service by a horrible owner! I would give them zero stars but I had to pick at least 1 to make the review. Horrible! Absolutely horrible! read more

We had carpets installed throughout the house last year, and D-W Interiors were great to deal with. They even gave a discount when asked. The installers worked fast and did a neat job. Months later during December's heavy rainfall, we had a problem with a leaking corner of the house. While the repair was somewhat expensive, D-W Interiors did a good job of replacing the wet base board, tack strips and padding. Sales rep Philip was a shining star throughout. This place was apparently complicit in me being defrauded from my security deposit from Sunset Terrace Apts in West Hollywood. Though I had my carpet cleaned...photos and all to prove it was cleaned, DW suddenly found the stains that the owner also miraculously saw. Must be worth it to them for 500 bucks to stick it to a hardworking tenant that actually took care to clean his apt fully before moving. Thanks a lot. From start to finish, everything was seamless. My interior designer met with Melodye several times to make sure both the flooring and the rubber base boards (yes, rubber and so easy to clean!!) were exactly the right color. Her installer Sam is and was fabulous. As a late state Lyme patient I am EXTREMELY careful who I come in contact with but both at her office and at my office everyone was in masks and I felt 100% safe. The flooring was installed over two days this past week and to say it's gorgeous is an understatement. I'm so looking forward to going back to work in my beautiful newly remodeled wellness center. The only statement to describe my experience: Lack of professionalism! I understand that miscommunication happens in business. However, if you are the end consumer that will eventually pay for an installation it is only fair to provide them clarification of the assessments and charges. The customer service tech was trying to remedy the situation. In reading the Yelp reviews (I tend to read the reviews prior to engaging a company for services - this company was sent by the property management) I noticed some favorable and other not so favorable reviews. I did comment to the rep that I will most likely leave a review. In my case was thinking it would be a favorable outcome - me getting the quote to review the charges. The issue here is the call back from the 'manager'. Her tone was escalated, condescending and antagonistic in nature. She was more concerned with a Yelp review instead of making the situation right. Unfortunately, with the escalated tone I am more inclined to write the bad parts. I will pay more for another vendor to install the carpet. I am sure their competitors are professional enough to not raise their voice at the end consumer and slam the phone. read more

I decided to wall-to-wall carpet my rental apartment myself - long story why....I hunted around for the cheapest person and the cheapest carpet and kept hitting up all these "game players". So I decided I was just not gonna go on the cheap. The manager of my building recommended a friend, Philip. I talked with him, set things up, chose which carpet, chose a date & time and we were off. All professional service. On the day of installation a gent called Pablo came over, started the work and I left to go to work.On returning home I expected to be pleased with a good job. I had an appointment scheduled at 10am to have my carpet removed and replaced, it is now 12:24pm and the worker has just showed up. I did not receive any calls from this company notifying me of any delays so I had to call them to find out the ETA and after a couple of excuses I was advised that the person who was supposed to show up at 10 was at another job. I don't blame the worker Jerry he was polite, hard worker and was doing what he was told by management but I do blame management for not managing the schedules better and for not giving me a courtesy call notifying me of any delays so that I can arrange my schedule. They have wasted my time and my hourly workers who helped me move my furniture. I'm terribly disappointed with this company. If I could give it negative 3 STARS then I would.
