I was stuck without a card for the whole weekend! I love schools because they don't charge me outrageous/random fees, they call FIRST when they see any "suspicious" activity in my account (its happened once or twice buying items online) so I'm not stuck without funds, and you gain a good amount of interest on your cash in your accounts. Also when u lose your debit card they are able to set you up with a new card same day! And not a "temp card". The lines are never that long, atm machines are always working and everyone is super friendly. This week I went in twice to discuss an auto loan. The first time I spoke to Kiran who was very nice and answered my questions although she did seem a little rushed. The second time I went in I spoke to Melinda and she was so awesome! I went ahead and applied for a pre approval for an auto loan. She took the time to answer the million questions I had because this is my first auto loan. This made me feel so much more comfortable working with them. Now off to find a new vehicle! :) And I always recommend schools to everyone I know, friends and family have all had the same great experience !

We called the main headquarters to see if we can get a same-day appointment at one of the branches. After our conversation, we were able to go to this location and meet up a gentleman by the name of Caleb. Caleb was very warm, friendly and very welcoming. He helped us through all the different steps to open the different accounts that we needed. We had opened a checking, a savings and a T.S. account as well which they had a great rate of 4.15% annually with a yield of 4.3%. he was super patient with us while we asked all the different questions about each account.
