I mean, I'm trying to give you my money. I understand covid, but several bank lobbies are open but they won't open an account without an appointment. Very inconvenient, despite the pandemic because it should only take a couple minutes. The only reason I hesitated to deposit here, was because they don't have many locations. We have other accounts here and have always been satisfied. So when I called with my dilemma, they were like, "Come right in." Nelly helped me and opened my account in less than 5 minutes and you receive your debit card on the spot! She was accommodating and cordial and also helped me with another transaction.
