NYC fireplaces installed the unit in a week and a half and the install came out perfectly. Raphi meticulously cut the siding for the vent cap and the install came out perfectly. After, Belvedere came and assessed the problem, they gave me a clear and direct answer of what the problem was. I agreed, and they installed a new stainless steel liner with a clean out at the basement, repaired the motar cement around the new cap. They also installed a clay transitions from the stainless steel liner to the new bird cage cap. No more leaks from the chimney and no more roof leaking issues.
