The business conveniently leaves a few facts out of its comment. 1. I needed the ACs serviced because I was moving (so no I wasn't going to leave moldy units behind). 2. The report has been sent to them by Frigidaire and shows no chemicals were used in the cleaning and the units were moldy. 3. In the midst of my move I ended up completely forgetting about this whole thing and it's the business who proceeded to send me unsigned emails threatening retaliation if I did not remove my review (is that why they have no bad reviews? They just scare anyone who says anything they don't like?) I called and attempted to clear things up and was told they lawyered up and I would be contacted within 24hours for legal action. Now this.. Great service. They were communicative; they responded quickly; and they kept me updated via Yelp message and phone calls. They cleaned my dryer vent ducts, and my dryer actually dries clothes now! I really liked that they showed me before/after pictures. And they went out of their way to get the job done. The only access to my vent is on the roof, and the only way to get to the roof is with a very tall ladder. Multiple other companies said they wouldn't go up to the roof, but the MainDuct guys rented a large enough ladder and went up there. Will definitely be hiring them again. read more

I noticed that the inside of my AC was filthy and had never noticed anything like it in the past, with any AC. I did a search on Yelp and I went with MainDuct bc Roman, who I spoke with, was incredible - he answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and explained how they work. I cannot recommend Aleks and MainDuct enough! There I was, right smack in the middle of Summer, with no working air conditioning and with no help in sight. Thankfully I found MainDuct. When repairing my AC unit, Aleks was incredibly generous with his time explaining and going through the process each step of the way. When other businesses either flat out refused to help or even tried to rip me off, Aleks was transparent and thorough in his work.
