After leaving a message checking about my service, we arranged fir them to return to deal with the lack luster results. Late again but making some headway I will give them 3*s for making the effort to follow thru. 2/3 problem areas were resolved, timeliness was not. If you have time to spare and are patient enough to go round two, or if you manage to get Gavin (whom so many previous reviewers gush about) I'd recommend this business.

What happened with this guy?…read more A few years back, during the pandemic, Terry was helpful in cleaning my carpet. Yeah, he shared his controversial beliefs without being asked which was odd and uncomfortable, but he did the work. Fast forward to 2026, after thinking he had retired then being referred to him by another business, I tried his services again. After he arrived and talked at me for about 20-minutes, I took my dogs for a 40-minute walk while he was to clean a 3'x10.5' area. Upon my return he was packing up his supplies and said he was done. I believe all he did was spray Odoban, scrape his vacuum over the carpet and call it good. The carpet showed no sign of deep cleaning and these few weeks later the smell has returned... Odoban wears off, which explains why he left me with a bottle. Bottom line, Terry talks your ear off, you have a 50/50 chance he'll do the work needed, then has the audacity to charge $200 regardless. Also, he complained about his clients, and complained about Bellingham PD, then before he left he also managed to make derogatory statements about "illegals" driving up from Seattle and stealing his work. A "professional" spraying Odoban on carpet is not cleaning and certainly not worth the $200 he charged. While I prefer to entrust local businesses, I cannot use or recommend this one. I do NOT recommend this business, and I won't try a 3rd time.
