My daughter had a broken screen on her tablet and we went to Ace to see if they would be able to fix it. They ordered a screen for it and had it fixed within a week. The price as reasonable too. Two weeks later I broke the screen on my husband's school issued laptop. We asked the IT guy at his school about it and he did not know how to fix it. I decided to ask Ace Communications if they could fix it. They were able to order the screen and then called us so we could drop off the laptop. I went to this place for the first time and James was behind the counter. He was friendly and very helpful. I even got a chance to find out that he runs an honest business and if I would have needed to get my phone fixed, he would have had it back in my hand within an hour or two. I was very disappointed with this place it wasn't the people who work there but there boss is a total jack ass they never told me it had to be returned with in three days. I hope people find a better place to go because honestly who would want to go somewhere that don't allow you to return a phone that doesn't work. I had a very badly damaged computer. Fortunately, my wife found Ace Communications on Riley and I was very impressed with the customer service, friendly staff, and reasonable price. When it comes to electronics, it's often difficult to give a specific time when the work will be completed, but from start to finish Ace Communications kept their word on how long it would take, from ordering the needed parts to completing the repair (which was very quick!). They priced me around $75 to fix the problems I was having which turned out to be the price that everywhere else was going to charge just to give it a look (they called it a bench fee). Today I went in to have my iPhone fixed because my headphone jack was not working. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and Dakota helped me right away. He took a look at my phone and immediately knew what was wrong, (just some lint stuck in the port) and he was able to fix it within minutes.
