With that said, I did find that office after researching every Dentist in Cove and Kileen. Dr. Smith's office was exactly what I was looking for. The hygienist Amber was excellent. She is gentle, friendly, and has great clinical skills. The front office, who are responsible for setting up appointments and taking care of your billing properly went above and beyond my expectations. I was a little worried when I first made appointments for both cleanings, and for dental work due to the fact that it was months before I could be seen, however, they assured me that as cancellations do happen and they would call me when an appointment becomes available. I was booked out at least a month, but I got a call the very next day that they had an opening and I was seen promptly. I was booked out three weeks for my dental work and again I was seen just days later. When I was seen for my dental visit with Dr. Smith, I barely even realized that he had given me the injection and took his time and provided excellent work and explanation about my visit. The dental assistant was friendly and didn't let me drown! The floss didn't get stuck, the filling didn't feel high and I was not sore the next day. Thank you for a great experience! Look no further! Then during the appointment the dental assistant kept talking about it while over my child. Mind you, before the appointment a husband and wife were able to go back together- zero issues. I've seen several times since only children being told to come back alone. Protect your kids! It's weird to allow adults to accompany one another but not allow parents to accompany a child.
