I called them up Safe Life Auto and they said they would send their roadside assistance to come to my house fix or replace the window since it is covered under the insurance I decided that I would just replaced the whole window. But I wanted to go to there on-site place since that's just my preference. I set up an appointment which was pretty quick they got me in when I got there it was a smooth check in I decided to wait in there waiting room and within an hour they had the window completely removed and fixed with a new window. At this point I have no problems with the window it looks totally brand new and I would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any photos but the place was clean and they had some water and coffee in there waiting room.

He advised her it was not for the shop but a mobile repair and that he called Friday and also Monday morning to confirm this information. He didn't get a call back either after hanging up frustrated when she informed him they weren't even on their way. She didn't care to make any of this right.
