I had a great experience working with Reza at Ace Glass! We had a single window shatter out of the blue. A few quotes I got on Yelp said they wouldn't do a single window. Reza responded quick with a reasonable quote. He came out same-day to measure the window and had the glass ordered right away. He quoted 8 days for glass delivery and said he'd install then. The glass came early, so he came 3 days earlier than anticipated to get the installation done which was great because we wanted things done as quick as possible. He came with an additional installer. Both were really respectful and wearing masks. Installation was done in 30 minutes and it looks great. Reza's communication the whole time was awesome. Reza did a great job in finishing our mirror installation project in the garage. He came down for estimation, provided details and quote. His availability was within a week which was also great, and he was able to match a competing price. He and his crew member completed the project and we are happy with the end result. The mirror looks pretty good and stable, it has been a week since we got the project done. The only downside I found was that the left mirror had a few minor scratches in it, less than a quarter inch in length. However you couldn't notice from distance so it is not that bad. I hope anybody that is looking to have any type of glass work done on their home, will read this review. I am 70 years old, and in the last forty years of hiring out work, to be performed on my house, Ace Glass is by far the best ever. I called in, to schedule an estimate, to have all the window panes in my thirty year old home replaced. I got a hold of Reza, the owner, right away. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, he came out exactly, to the minute, for the time that we had set for the following day. I accepted his very fair offer for the complete project. They started the job when they said they would, and completed it three days later as Reza said they would. Reza was so concerned about having everything go perfect in every way, that he gave me his personal cell phone number, and said to call him anytime of day, including in the evening, if I had any questions on how the work was being performed. His two installers were also just as caring to make the work perfect as possible. The total was exactly as quoted in the original estimate. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Ace glass. When I mow my backyard, a small stone flies swirled by the mower and hit a tempered glass. The glass broke piece by piece. It was Friday 7pm and I found Ace Glass and call. Reza immediately came even after the work hour and did an emergency clean up. We ordered the tempered glass and Reza came back to install it. He did multiple times cleaning but only charge once.
