She said ahe thoroughly enjoyed it. When the technicians returned to install the product, I mentioned how my wife relayed her discussion. It was the same technician (and the owners son). It was great to see a family run business that was cohesive and knowledgeable as well as personable.

This is the worst company I've ever worked with. They have completely wasted my time.

I have a daycare center, first time I knew them cuz I need to change a glass door, I contacted Raze the owner and he acted very quickly, showed up at the jobsite measured the dimension of the door and ordered the door immediately. Second time I contacted Glassma due to a glass damage, as usual Raze stayed on top of it and arranged his staff immediately to helped us out. Third time I need to replace some cipher locks, Raze ordered the products for me the very next day and had his technician over to install it. Fourth time I need to change a glass to tampered glass, and ordered it for me and had it installed within three days! So helpful and so fast and so good quality! Before installation, they carefully cleaned and polished both sides of the glass, handled it with exceptional care, and achieved a perfect fit. What was once simply a bar top has now become a protected display of memories from a very special chapter of my life. The glass is so clear it almost disappears, allowing the collection to be enjoyed while preserving it for years to come. From the prompt response and excellent communication to the precision of the installation, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. Apparently they do not own tape measures. There are many good companies like Bud Barton's in Marysville which is where I have shopped before and am going now. Emanuel came out for the order setup and measurement, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Installation went well, although there was a tiny 1/8" chip in the top of the shower door glass that we noticed later. One call to our contractor, and Emanuel came out the next day and re-beveled the top to remove all evidence of the chip. That is the sign of a stand-up business. The shower looks awesome. Highly recommended.

We retained Associated Glass to replace a window. The person who came to the house to take…read moremeasurements measured the window incorrectly. As a result, Associated Glass ordered a window that was the wrong size, but detected the error only when they brought the window to the house on the installation date. The technicians detected the mistake only when they tried to install the window. It took another 3 weeks for Associated Glass to order the replacement window and complete the installation. We communicated via email on May 11, 2026 to confirm the price and promised installation date of May 29, 2026. Because the window was measured incorrectly, a new window had to be ordered from the manufacturer. The final installation did not occur until June 19, 2026 - three weeks after the promised completion date. We spoke to the owner on June 2nd, a few days after the failed installation. He acknowledged the error and verbally assured us hat the situation would be addressed. However, he said it would take a few weeks to order a new window. We asked if he had called the manufacturer to ask if the window could be ordered on an expedited basis. He said he would ask once our call ended. We were surprised that no one on his staff had bothered to ask a seemingly obvious question beforehand. Associated Glass completed the installation of the replacement window on June 19th. Shortly thereafter, we emailed Associated Glass to ask for a price reduction on the outstanding balance in light of the hassle and delay. The hassle included the fact that they affixed a giant sheet of plywood to cover the original window that was removed on May 29th. We assumed they would, at minimum, offer a price reduction in order to demonstrate some level of contrition. The answer in the owner's email reply was a categorical no. There was a line in the owner's reply that didn't sit right with me. In his closing remarks in his reply, he wrote that they stand by their work and that they completed the job as quoted. Yeah, that's true only if the criteria for standing behind your work means delaying installation for three weeks. We want to put our frustrations into context. When an airline bumps a customer from a flight and involuntarily reschedules the customer to another flight later in the day in the same exact same seat and at the exact same price with no added expense to the consumer, the airline did not meet its commitments. There isn't a sane person who would try to argue otherwise. However, here, the owner feels compelled to spin this narrative to claim that he is standing behind his work. It's true that mistakes happen. However, when mistakes occur, it's incumbent upon the business owner to exhaust efforts to restore customer confidence and demonstrate remorse. That is entirely the business owner's responsibility especially when, as in this case, the customer did nothing wrong. Going back to the airline analogy, even the worst bargain airline will offer miles or a gift certificate to the airport food court as a nominal gesture to make amends. In this case, Associated Glass offered nothing. I'm sure these guys may be fine when things go exactly as planned and there are no hiccups. If, however, something goes wrong, our experience is a warning to others that Associated Glass will let you down.

Because my claim has finally settled with my bank and car insurance, I am finally writing my…read morereview. My 2024 Audi Q5 needed a simple windshield repair. Alongside these newer cars, I learned the camera also needs to be recalibrated for lane assist & other features to function. All of my car's safety features were working prior to this appointment. Scheduling with Roger was fairly easy. He insisted that he worked on newer German cars all of the time, so I felt comfortable after seeing the positive reviews (side note: most of these reviews are for OLDER cars that do not need the recalibration). He was able to come replace my windshield within the week and then had me make an appointment with another guy (Jeff, whose business is Reign Calibrations) he works alongside to recalibrate the camera. Spoiler alert: he was unable to recalibrate the camera. So I contact Roger asking about next steps. He tells me these cars can be finicky and that he wanted to look at the installation again. I actually called Audi at this point and asked for one of their tech's opinions. They told me the gel pad almost always needs to be replaced. When I told Roger what Audi told me, he told me, and I quote: "Do not listen to Audi, because they just want your money." Don't listen to the people who work on these cars all day? Interesting. After this comment I was losing faith. Over the next couple of days, Roger and Jeff (the guy who does his windshield calibrations) changed the course of action for what they wanted to do about the situation several times. First, they wanted to take off the bracket, reinstall it, then try a recalibration. Then, they wanted to replace the gel pad and try again. Lastly, they wanted to put on a new windshield and try again. At this point I felt as though they were using my $50k car as a guinea pig and I'm very suspicious at this point. I ended up calling another auto glass company in the area and they gave me a lot of great advice. They were very surprised at what I was telling them about the situation (Audi included). Roger ends up coming by to look at the windshield. He sends me a text about 30 min before he wanted to show up. Not sure what he did but he was gone again in 15 min. Jeff then texts me about making an appointment to attempt recalibration on a Friday. I respond by saying my schedule is open. He doesn't reply for a day and then responds by saying he's changing the shop location. When I asked where I'm taking it, he did not reply for another day. Next day, which is Friday (the original day he said he would do the recalibration), he texts me saying we can do it on Monday and has changed the shop from Lynnwood to Everett. Now, I did some research. Many times these guys realize they don't have the proper equipment so they'll rent a bay at a different shop. I was done at this point. I stopped replying and called my credit card company and car insurance company. I got scheduled with the shop Audi recommended and my car was good as new. Roger was extremely unprofessional with the way this was handled. He wasn't honest about knowing how to work with these cars and other things as well. I would never trust these guys with another vehicle. What was supposed to be a one day job was turned into a two week headache. Side note: he told me he wouldn't offer a refund because the windshield was installed properly, but the new shop was shocked at the installation. It was totally botched, of course. His partner in crime somehow turned off features that technicians aren't even supposed to have access to. The car completely locked up all of these features as a way to protect the system I later learned. This was a lesson learned. There were a lot of positive reviews for his Wind-Tech Yelp page, but going to his actual business' page was a different story. It seems like Wind-Tech initially belonged to someone else but now it's Roger's as well. His other page is Windshields To Go. This isn't even something allowed by Yelp. TLDR: do not bring your newer car here if you care about your car's safety features. He'll also botch the installation with gaps in the windshield and an absurd amount of glue.

They tried everything they could do, they told me the recalibration was successful but the error code wouldn't go off. So after I left Shoreline I went to the Bothell location to see if the big boss man was there, luckily he was, talked with him, and he reassured me that when I take it to a dealership to get it fixed he would take care of all charges. THANK YOU SO MUCH ZACK, I appreciate all you have done for me through all of this. I got the new windshield, finally got my eyesight recalibrated and my baby back.

His bid was competitive, and he was extremely detail-oriented. Since we wanted to order our own windows from Dunn Lumber, we had multiple conversations to ensure the measurements were exactly right. His thoroughness paid off -- all the windows arrived exactly as planned, avoiding delays or returns. During the installation process itself, Kirill and his crew (Ivan and Ivan) were always on time, courteous, efficient, and professional. They may be the ONLY contractors we've ever worked with who finished within the timeline that they laid out. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Kirill and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to replace windows or doors. It would be nice if they also offered finishing services, like drywall touch-up and painting, but the quality of the work that they do specialize in is absolutely impeccable. We had met several window people at the show, but Eric set himself apart by being truly knowledgeable about his products and his demeanor put my wife and I at ease. We set up 3 companies, including Energy Exteriors NW, to come to our home and give us bids to replace all of the windows (13), our French Door, and sliding door. Again, Eric set himself apart by giving us an all inclusive, straight forward, no baloney, and highly competitive quote right off the bat. One other company was over $10k higher! The second was several thousand higher even with the exact same windows, but lowered their price (and content of their offering) to get more competitive with Energy Exteriors NW. They actually, eventually beat their price, but we went with Eric. We ordered all Milgard Trinsic V300 for the windows and slider and the Ultra C650 for the French Door. Our order actually came in early so our installation was moved up 2 weeks. Raymond, Zack, and the rest of the installation crew were total professionals. Installing windows and doors is a messy business, but they managed to keep our home about as dust free as you could hope and the area around our home was equally tidy. They had the use of our guest bathroom and you could hardly tell they were there. They were quick and efficient craftsman that did an amazing job of making our home and our windows look like a million bucks. The installation took 3 days. We couldn't be happier! I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Victor Glass! When it rains, it pours; that is how I felt last week. Monday night someone had bashed in my windshield and driver window. My workload for the week was hectic and I had no time to deal with the broken windshield. Rain was coming and I needed a solution fast. I contacted Victor Glass Tuesday and got a quick responses. I talked to Shane, told him my circumstances and how I needed it done ASAP (I was flying out Friday morning to CA). Shane was able to keep in contact with me even after their closing time, contacted his vendors for the needed glass, and was able to hook me up Thursday, which was the ONLY time possible I could commit to. The windshield is in. It was done promptly by Shane and his partner Gavin. Having a 2 day turn around time and onsite support was fantastic! Thank you Shane! There was a line in the owner's reply that didn't sit right with me. In his closing remarks in his reply, he wrote that they stand by their work and that they completed the job as quoted. Yeah, that's true only if the criteria for standing behind your work means delaying installation for three weeks. We want to put our frustrations into context. When an airline bumps a customer from a flight and involuntarily reschedules the customer to another flight later in the day in the same exact same seat and at the exact same price with no added expense to the consumer, the airline did not meet its commitments. There isn't a sane person who would try to argue otherwise. However, here, the owner feels compelled to spin this narrative to claim that he is standing behind his work. It's true that mistakes happen. However, when mistakes occur, it's incumbent upon the business owner to exhaust efforts to restore customer confidence and demonstrate remorse. That is entirely the business owner's responsibility especially when, as in this case, the customer did nothing wrong. Going back to the airline analogy, even the worst bargain airline will offer miles or a gift certificate to the airport food court as a nominal gesture to make amends. In this case, Associated Glass offered nothing. I'm sure these guys may be fine when things go exactly as planned and there are no hiccups. If, however, something goes wrong, our experience is a warning to others that Associated Glass will let you down.

We were concerned about finding someone experienced with replacing glass in windows this old. Fortunately, we found Ace Glass online; their web site has an article (written by Reza, their chief repair person) about the options for repairing antique windows. Pedram from Ace came to give us a free estimate the day we phoned them; and a few days later, Reza came and replaced the broken pane with a new pane in the existing wooden frame. The repaired window works perfectly, and it looks just like it used to. And the cost was very reasonable. Reza and Pedram were very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend Ace Glass; we hope we won't have to deal with more broken windows, but if we do, we'll be calling them.
