They were able to come on the SAME DAY that we needed them (which we did - a front window of our home had gotten broken and we didn't want it left like that!) - they were quick to text us back after our initial call to them, which is more than we can say for the other glaziers we had called about this issue. Last Saturday we discovered that a large, custom size glass window on the ground floor of our home had been shattered from the outside. It was in a guest room and the shade was closed so we didn't notice from the inside, nor did we hear it. Don't know what shattered the window but it rattled us. I wanted it fixed as soon as possible and noticed that A & R was open on Saturday and had great reviews. I called and Afshin called me right back and came out to my home within an hour. He measured for the customer size double pane window so he could get the replacement glass as soon as possible. He got us stabilized for the meantime and cleaned up all the shattered glass and shards left on the window. I can't say enough amazing things about Afshin and A&R City Glass! My child hit their head on our glass bay window, shattering the glass. After getting my child to the ER, I started calling glass companies in a panic as my living room was full of glass with a wide-open window. We had a small bathroom double-pane that had a broken seal and internal fogging for years. A&R Glass was the first to respond almost instantly to a request on their website in the evening, came out to look the next morning and in less than a week I've got a high quality replacement, carefully installed for what seemed to me a very reasonable price given the difficulty of installing it in a 2nd story room and the terrible shape the old window was in (partially fused to the frame).
