Was promised and paid upfront for quality custom designed cabinets made on GB K&B premises, like the ones I ordered for my kitchen (and was satisfied). Bath design, however, a completely different experience. Cabinets are too cheap even for a laundry room, are definitely not custom made. My installer agrees. GB K&B is now ordering from an outside vendor. I was not told of this upfront. Charlotte House of GB K&B did the measurements; however the shower bench and adjacent closet do not align properly. I called Charlotte House, at first she promised to "make it right," but then referred me to Sharon Bedolli (owner). Sharon at first said she would help then did not respond. I also contacted office manager Kelly Bedolli, no satisfaction there either. How they can stay in business going forward is unclear to me.
