From the minute I walked in I was greeted by several polite and well dressed employees. They had a sale on carharts which distracted me from my goal but was very impressed by the price and selection. One of the employees took the time to show me their new updated selection of boots and clothing as well. An older large gentleman in a stokes uniform began stalking us. We had a small child with us. We were very uncomfortable. It was unprofessional and extremely rude. I want to recognize a team member- Tiffany. I tried the deli for the first time today. The manager Tiffany was so patient with me while I decided what I wanted (which did take some time lol!) She was not only friendly, but seemed to exceed typical customer service standards. I am one that really loves to recognize people for the good work that they do. So thank you for doing your job (especially) as a manager! All the team members that I've come in contact with throughout every visit has seemed more than pleasant.
