I ordered my Tuff Shed through Vinny Mueller at the Springville Tuff Shed facility. We had looked around and we were already inclined to buy a Tuff Shed. Vinny was very good at helping us pick the right shed and the custom additions that we needed. He made us aware of a discount offer that saved us a significant amount. Vinny was also patient and responsive when we made some modifications to our original design and he was prompt in revising our invoice accordingly. Vinny is a responsible representative for Tuff Shed and he was easy and enjoyable to work with. Our Tuff Shed for delivery on November 25, 2020, the day before Thanksgiving. Fortunately, it was a cold and clear day without any snow. It was a perfect day for installing the shed. The construction team consisting of Shane and Jason showed up at about 9:30 am and departed in a bit over 4 hours later. It was amazing to watch them work. They were careful, accurate and efficient in all that they did. They had obviously done this job before and the prefabricated pieces went together like a hand in a glove. The workmanship of the factory provided pieces and the skill of the on-site crew were very impressive. I was very happy with the result. The shed looks as if it was built at the same time as the house because the paint matched the stucco color on the house perfectly. The fact that I have purchased two Tuff Sheds in the last two years should be a good indicator of my satisfaction level. I am totally impressed with these sheds. The construction is really solid and they don't cut corners. I purchased a shed about 15 yrs ago from a different company and I couldn't believe the difference. TS is head and shoulders above the other ones I've seen. Besides the quality of the materials, I was really pleased with all the people involved. The sales force was great to work with -- very patient and helpful as we worked through a variety of design options. Never any pressure. And the team that installed the one I bought in 2016 was the same competent team that installed the one I bought in 2018. That continuity in personnel provides for people that are extremely good at what they do. Also, both units were delivered exactly when they were promised. Their follow-up customer satisfaction inquiries were sincere and much appreciated. These guys were awesome! I started asking questions about a year prior to my actual install. I needed some time to think things over then got a hold of them a year later and the sales guy remembered me and helped me right away with the changes and new questions I had. When I asked if he had the old bid, he did and emailed it to me right away. We made the changes I wanted and scheduled a time to go over colors and shelf lay out. They were helpful and understanding of my questions. They offer an easy payment plan and their customer service is awesome. The install went smooth with no hiccups. One of the windows had a small chip out of the ribbon handle. I sent a pic of it to my sales guy and within 21 days he had someone out to replace it with no issues.
