We've lived in this house for 4.5 years now. Since we moved in we've wanted rid of a hot tub on the back deck and an above ground pool and deck in the back yard due to inability to maintain them properly and safely. We tried to do it ourselves. We got the pool and pool deck dismantled, but then it stalled. We couldn't seem to find time to actually load it all into a dumpster and certainly there is no way we could have EVER moved the hot tub alone as their fairly large team struggled with it's sheer weight and awkwardness. I am almost positive the previous owners put the hot tub on the deck before adding walls which made removing it super challenging. For barely more than it would have cost us to rent a dumpster, they cleared everything out(including sweeping my garage floor and not just out the door into my driveway but into a scoop that they took with them) and were gone in less than an hour and a half. It would have taken us longer than that just to load the stuff from the garage. They responded quickly to our quote request, sent the quote soon after the quote visit, and quickly set a time when I said let's do it. They arrived promptly to a few minutes early for both visits and were super polite. I am very much in awe of how quickly yet carefully these guys got the job done. I am one very happy customer. Next year we need the deck on the back of our house removed. We're going to have these guys come back because they were so reasonable and easy to work with. read more

I am normally not the type of person to leave a review but Ace Junk Removal were so good I had to write this review. Chris and his crew are AMAZING! I recently bought a hoarder house that had over 50 years of accumulated junk in it. There was so much junk you could not see the floors or the walls. The basement was packed so full I could barely clear a path to change the furnace filter. Even the garage, attic and the shed out back were overflowing with junk. This wasn't the little stuff either. There were beds, dressers, big shelving units, huge desks, old smelly carpet, exercise equipment, grills, gas oven, multiple televisions, a couple of refrigerators and full size freezer. We has a flood in our basement which destroyed everything. After pumping out the 3 feet of water we asked for a quote for the removal of the damaged things and a complete demolition of the floor, walls and ceiling. It took 6 guys four days to remove everything. That was one more day than the quote but they still honored the quote. Everything was bagged and taken up the stairs. Hundreds of trips up the stairs. Did I mention the single digit temperatures?? And the driveway was covered in snow? That had to be difficult to endure. These guys are great! They walk on water. No really! We still had 2 inches of water when they started removing goods. Would I use them again? I hope I never have to but would use them again in a heart beat. They are great folks to deal with. read more

We had a full garage full plus several other massive pieces of furniture spread out throughout the house we were cleaning up. I wish I took before and after pictures, I was just excited to get all the stuff taken away finally! The Ace Junk removal guys were amazing with how quickly they cleared out each area. Outstanding service with aggressive competitive pricing. One phone call and a few minutes of discussion we received an estimate and scheduled our removal for a convenient time. On the day, received a heads-up courtesy call 30 mins before the scheduled time. Upon their arrival, the crew introduced themselves, immediately sorted the logistics of the what and where to remove including the approved egress and went to work. Very efficient team. Chris was awesome! I was in a crunch as I sold my house and needed to be out. Had a piano that I needed gone, plus a bulky chair and some added trash. He gave me a great guesstimate on price, pretty damn close. Workers were very easy to work with, I left my house while they where removing the items. I love these guys! I've had them out 3 times in the last few years to remove junk from various projects, and now while moving out. They're friendly, helpful, ask about things I haven't specifically pointed out, and it seems no challenge is too big (you try getting rid of that old basketball hoop on your own - no way!).
