Locked myself out of my apartment like a genius after taking the trash out (barefoot, of course) and couldn't get back in. Guy actually showed up faster than that, which never happens. Super chill, didn't make me feel dumb about the situation, just got to work and had me back inside in under 10 minutes. Didn't try to upsell me or hit me with weird fees either, which i half expected. Pricing was fair, and they clearly knew what they were doing--dude even gave me a couple tips to avoid it happening again (not that I'll listen, but still).
