Locked my keys out of my car. Talked to the locksmith on the phone and was quoted for 85-115. She came out (was late) and opened the door in moments. Asked for 180 for a "service fee" and labor. Asked for 180. I said no to that, paid her 120. She said she could "help me out" and charge 135. Argued that she quoted for me for just the labor fee.
