Thomaz responds to all of the messages and is very polite, prompt, and provides a lot of details. I only needed one window tinted for my house to minimize glare on artificial turf grass and I had little knowledge of window tinting options. Thomaz was very helpful, patient with my questions, and professional. Marco, the owner of this location, is professional and did an excellent job on the window. He uses non toxic baby soap to clean the windows and adhere it so the residual cleanser washes away and not toxic to pets or kids. A week later and the tint has done it's job! No air bubbles at all! I was impressed that Thomaz showed up on time, in a company polo shirt, and both were very professional and respectful. I'd hire them again without question. I received numerous quotes and Dan from Deluxe Tint Coat was the first one to reply. To my surprise he also had the best price out of all of them and was super close by. I set up an appt with him easily and chose the option I wanted. He explained my choices and I signed off on the work. The next part I did not expect since I was driven back home in a self driving Tesla and thought he just wanted me to check out his car. I called him and he said no it's a loaner while I work on your vehicle, which was cool although I had anxiety about having someone else's vehicle and only kept it at home lol. After about 30min of being at home I had regretted my choice of getting only 70 in the front so I called Dan and luckily he had not started and was able to make it darker. It took about 3hrs since there was plenty of small windows to work on. Anyway I'm glad that my new car is now tinted and Dan made it such a smooth, pleasant experience. I arrived a little after 3:30 and was met by Hector who is friendly and a joy to interact with. Since the rear windows have tint, i wanted the front to match. Didn't want to dark and he suggested 20% He had time to do it now which I thought was great. Less than an hour car came out and looks sweet. Highly recommend this shop. Had been highly recommended. Respectfully, employees should honor original quotes from the owner, other wise it makes us customers think someone is trying to get over and there's shady business.
