Thomaz responds to all of the messages and is very polite, prompt, and provides a lot of details. I only needed one window tinted for my house to minimize glare on artificial turf grass and I had little knowledge of window tinting options. Thomaz was very helpful, patient with my questions, and professional. Marco, the owner of this location, is professional and did an excellent job on the window. He uses non toxic baby soap to clean the windows and adhere it so the residual cleanser washes away and not toxic to pets or kids. A week later and the tint has done it's job! No air bubbles at all! I was impressed that Thomaz showed up on time, in a company polo shirt, and both were very professional and respectful. I'd hire them again without question. I tend to notice the little things that most people probably wouldn't, which is both a blessing and a curse. That's why I put off tinting the RAV4 for so long. Turns out I was worried for nothing. Pedro's work was extremely clean, his attention to detail was excellent, and the entire experience was easy and professional from start to finish. My only complaint is that I didn't find him sooner. I arrived and checked in. The service took around 30 min give or take, and it was so cheap I couldn't believe it. $159 for the window and install which was so needed given this is the 4th time replacing a window due to the lovely bipping culture that goes without consequence. Very disappointing experience with the windshield replacement and ADAS camera issue…read more I went to this shop to have my windshield replaced. Initially, they installed a windshield that was not the one I expected, and this was done without clearly explaining it to me or getting my approval beforehand. I later had them replace it again with a Fuyao windshield. After the windshield replacement, I started having problems with the vehicle's forward-facing camera/ADAS system. The warning lights came on. I returned to the shop, and I was told that they had "recalibrated" the camera and the warning went away. Unfortunately, the warning came back again after about a day and a half. What is especially frustrating is that I was told the camera had been recalibrated, but I was not given a calibration report or a clear explanation of what equipment or procedure was actually used. I don't want the warning simply cleared from the computer; I need the underlying problem properly diagnosed and the camera properly calibrated. The windshield itself was $165 and labor was $189. Given the additional ADAS issues that appeared after the windshield replacement, I expected much clearer communication about the camera calibration and what was actually included in the service. I am very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. I would strongly recommend that customers with vehicles equipped with ADAS cameras ask very specific questions about calibration before having their windshield replaced. I hope the shop will take this feedback seriously and improve its communication and handling of ADAS-related windshield replacements.
