Thomaz responds to all of the messages and is very polite, prompt, and provides a lot of details. I only needed one window tinted for my house to minimize glare on artificial turf grass and I had little knowledge of window tinting options. Thomaz was very helpful, patient with my questions, and professional. Marco, the owner of this location, is professional and did an excellent job on the window. He uses non toxic baby soap to clean the windows and adhere it so the residual cleanser washes away and not toxic to pets or kids. A week later and the tint has done it's job! No air bubbles at all!
