What impressed me most is that they don't work on commission, so I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't need. Their focus was clearly on what was best for me and making sure I was completely satisfied. I wanted cameras installed on my car to help with blind spots and improve visibility and safety. Will and Jim listened carefully to what I needed, recommended the right cameras for my car, and explained the options without trying to oversell me. The installation was handled professionally, and I'm very happy with the results. It's refreshing to find a business where the people genuinely seem to care about the customer's needs rather than simply making a sale. I highly recommend Hi-Tech and especially Will and Jim. Excellent service, honest advice, and true professionals!

Not only did they get me in and out within a day, but they did so while missing two or three techs at once! They reached out to update me about their circumstances and to kindly ask for a reschedule, but of course I missed their voicemail. Yet they STILL got it done within my desired timeframe! I'm seriously considering going back for a sound system installation soon. Completion times may vary, and of course check your voicemails folks be better than me. NOT ONLY THIS, but Jim hooked me up with a hardware kit and an SD card for cheap when I didn't have them to provide, and he told me he never lets the cams get installed without the "parking mode" hardware kit installed with them. What a guy! I'd buy a beer for both Jim and the owner, they're legends!

I received numerous quotes and Dan from Deluxe Tint Coat was the first one to reply. To my surprise he also had the best price out of all of them and was super close by. I set up an appt with him easily and chose the option I wanted. He explained my choices and I signed off on the work. The next part I did not expect since I was driven back home in a self driving Tesla and thought he just wanted me to check out his car. I called him and he said no it's a loaner while I work on your vehicle, which was cool although I had anxiety about having someone else's vehicle and only kept it at home lol. After about 30min of being at home I had regretted my choice of getting only 70 in the front so I called Dan and luckily he had not started and was able to make it darker. It took about 3hrs since there was plenty of small windows to work on. Anyway I'm glad that my new car is now tinted and Dan made it such a smooth, pleasant experience. He had not done anything wrong and tried to make things right so I updated my review stars. I believe the owner is named JR. He doesn't deserve a one star review he was very prompt and professional. Had been highly recommended. Respectfully, employees should honor original quotes from the owner, other wise it makes us customers think someone is trying to get over and there's shady business. Especially for woman, it happens to us often at car places unfortunately. Side note: when I got to the company earlier today I did notice vehicles with tint - they all looked very good.
