Such a cute post office. I had to mail a birthday present and this was convenient location. The front of the store has gift items and greeting cards. Also has mailing supplies wedged in neatly between the gift items. The associate was helping a customer with wedding mailing suggestions but she excused herself to help me with my package which I appreciated. Postage purchased and package sent off. The parking in front of the store made it easier to quickly get in and out. read more

This postal center it's in the back of this little shop that sells clothing, curios, cards, and other little knick knacks. The employee at the postal counter was fast and friendly and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Good if you just need to send off a quick package and don't have to stand in a long post office line. read more

I didn't even know that this place existed, until I moaned to the BF that I had to go to the post office to mail a surprise for my mother. He said, "Go to the Lone Tree Post Office." Huh? It's five minutes from the house. It's located in an ADORABLE boutique, with all kinds of fun cards, cute gifts (funny coffee mugs, gloves, hats, skirts, sweaters, all kinds of things) a packaging room, and full postal services! I had an oddly shaped package. The very nice, cheerful lady at the counter gave me some more tape to make it smaller, printed out the priority mail label, and sold me some stamps. There was a short line when I got there, and a long one when I left. There was a young woman working, too. I will definitely be back, especially if I need a present for someone and don't have a lot of time to shop! This was an extremely pleasant experience, especially when compared to the Highlands Ranch post office sometimes. On my last visit to the HR post office, I had to prove that hearing aid batteries are zinc, not lithium, and therefore did not need the lithium batteries sticker. Sigh. read more

Quick local post office for shipping needs! This personally isn't the one I frequent but they are fairly priced and usually not too busy.

Best post office in the area. Never busy, and the kindest workers. You get in, get what you want, get help if you don't know what you want, and get out, in all of 10 minutes. Real rating is ZERO STARS!!! My husband and I mailed 2 packages to Florida from this post office the weekend before Christmas. They quoted us $90. For priority delivery on one of our packages but also said it was not guaranteed to be there by Christmas which was 6 days away so we sent it regular 1st class mail which has now been 18 days ago now. Neither one of our 2 packages have been delivered. The 2nd package was sent priority mail. I've read the reviews on this post office and all I can say is I think someone needs to look into this place and the people running it cause something isn't right here. read more

I needed a post office. I had one simple task. It was fairly early in the morning. I asked my son to look up post offices while I drove him to school. He found this one. "Where?" I asked. Do NOT use this postal service center if you are concerned about losing your package or letter! I sent extremely important time-sensitive documents from this location with tracking / shipping confirmation. Tracking on the USPS website shows no information the package was ever delivered or handed off to Highlands Ranch Post Office. After calling USPS and being told "we cannot find your tracking info", I visited Lone Tree Postal Services and were told they had no information and to call their customer support line for help finding our documents. Both USPS and Lone Tree Postal Services are claiming they aren't responsible, so now I'm stuck waiting to see if my documents were delivered. Avoid this location unless you don't mind losing your package! read more

Hidden Gem! I love this place! They are small, but the wait is nothing compared to my local post office. They have always been helpful, especially around the holidays. My only complaint is that they have cute little knickknacks and clothing items for sale and I almost always buy something LOL! read more

I used to love this little location but it has really gone downhill. They seem much more concerned with their gift shop than being a post office. I went in for a stamp and an envelope. NOPE we are all out of envelopes, cant seem to find one they said! Wow just wow! read more

My job is close by so this is the most convenient post office that I can make it to during business hours so I've visited this place a bunch. I arrived here a couple minutes before their closing time of 4:00 on a Saturday. The sign still said 'Open' when I arrived. However, as I was walking up to the door, a worker ran through the door and flipped the sign over. I said that my clock said it was a couple minutes to 4, but she was very rude and said that the next pick up wasn't until Monday and that they WERE closed. I understand that it was almost their closing time, but how hard would it have been to say "Hey come on in & we'll get you taken care of." My order probably would have taken them 5 minutes to complete.That really would have made my day, but instead they lost a customer. Too bad because I did like that they had shorter lines and have received good service there in the past. read more

I was leaving Park Meadows and needed to mail a certified letter - I will do just about anything to avoid the Post Office on Dayton. I was pleasantly surprised to learn this Post Office exists. Unlike the one on Dayton, there is plenty of parking and it is super easy to get into/out of the parking lot. The two ladies working couldn't have been more helpful or friendly - both were long time residents of the area and it was nice to reminisce about the area prior to Highlands Ranch, Park Meadows, etc with others who remember. Both ladies were exceptionally helpful, one talking to me while the other woman did the necessary paperwork. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. More importantly (to me) is that I didn't have to wait in a long line and the employees were great, so I left in a positive mood, feeling like I had knocked something off my To Do list - instead of just having wasted a lot of time. read more

This is the WORST "post office" in Douglas County. On numerous occasions I have been quoted prices that aren't fair or accurate for what I was actually mailing. I mail a lot of the same thing over and over, so I know what the post office in Castle Rock and also off of Quebec charge and this place is always higher. Today I was attempting to mail a large envelope. The envelope had a small booklet and was less than half an inch thick. I mailed the same thing to the exact same address out of the Castle Rock post office last Friday. I was charged $3.25. Today I was quoted over $6.00 and he typed in the dimensions of 1 inch for thickness. I told him the package wasn't an inch thick and that large envelopes could be up to 3/4 inch thick. I also pulled out my receipt from last week. He said that wasn't accurate and that the price was what he quoted. I don't think so... I will never go back here again. They are terrible and unwilling to discuss anything with you. read more
