The older gentleman working there acted like my presence was a problem from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no courtesy, just a rude and dismissive attitude that made the whole experience uncomfortable. If you're looking for a place that treats customers with professionalism and respect, this is not it. There are plenty of other fingerprinting services do yourself a favor and go elsewhere that doesn't make you feel like an inconvenience for simply showing up.

Upon investigation of the photo that was included was clearly my package in front of the door without unit number on the picture. still can't find it. The driver left it at the wrong apartment number. I have filed a complaint with customer service, but they told me to file a claim online so I tried but couldn't make any claims. It is unacceptable for high-value items to be handled with such negligence. I expect better tracking and accuracy.

When I contact FedEx, I'm told that conveniently the driver didn't take a picture of where they left it. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. FedEx needs to address this issue immediately. If you live in this area, be prepared to lose packages or deal with the hassle of tracking them down because this driver clearly doesn't care about doing their job properly.

I love this store for for four reasons…read more The first is the staff! The are always so kind and helpful! I always leave there with a smile on my face. I'm also shocked at how unkind people can be to them, and they are still so helpful. The second is that it's a one-stop shop. I am surprised by how many services they offer. I rather go here then have to go to one of the office retailers and hope they have enough staff to take care of me. The third is its location! It couldn't be more convenient! Forth, they handle Amazon shipping returns. I don't do a lot of returns, but it's such an easy location to get in and out. They not only have parking right in front of the store, but there is a parking lot just a few feet away. If I could rate the employees and store more stars, I would've done so!

No such luck! Turns out there was only 1 person working behind the counter and apparently a high maintenance customer with her. After about 15 minutes a man came out, asked if anyone was picking up mail and helped one of the people who said yes. After about 15 minutes more another man came out and managed to help 2 people while the lady was still helping the 3 people crowded around her window. Then it was my turn and the man who helped me was very apologetic about the wait. His name was Ayman and he labeled my package and sold me stamps in under 5 minutes. I think its funny that after every transaction they have a rating system where you pick one of 3 options about your experience. I rated him the best because it really wasn't his fault. As I was leaving I noticed two other men had come out to help the long line of customers (consistently 8-10 people). I guess they all take lunch at the same time - early. This location has PO boxes, a self serve kiosk, and greeting cards and mailing supplies for sale. They're at the end of the strip mall but parking really isn't an issue. Just make sure you have plenty of time if you visit this location.

I went to my local post office, which I shipped it from and they told me that there was nothing that I could do except for it to go back to Colorado and discuss it with the location that made the mistake . I left my local post office and called the Greenwood village location to speak to a lady who confirmed the mail carrier made a mistake as the normal carrier was on vacation at the time of the incident and was unsure what transpired. The notes on the package stated that the person the package was mailed to no longer live at that residence and there was no forwarding address. However, my in-laws have lived there for over 30 years and still live there today. I was directed to go online and file a claim, and that it would get forwarded to one of the offices in the area for review less than 24 hours later claim denied no refund even though they have acknowledged their carrier made a mistake. All I'm requesting is the refund for the $19 in shipping that I've paid although it caused a large inconvenience and I had to spend money on Shoes and address for the wedding.
