So I decided to drive by and pop into office, thought maybe face to face was best course never did because I seen them off loading sewer trucks into river behind shop. How are they in business ?? I cancelled job and all their neighbors in the area should be reporting them for pouring waste into the river behind their shop.Shame on King family destroying our natural resources for how many years.Should be shut down and fined.

They arrived as scheduled, however the worker got an emergency call from the office and asked if it was OK to reschedule, to which I replied yes. The next day they came back to do the job. After snaking the toilet they stated it was not a clog, but instead a failed E1 pump and left. Upon returning home I was shocked to find my bathroom had been sprayed and 3 walls covered in feces, which took me 3 hours to clean. The next day I called Action-King to complain and here is what I got... Delayed response Frank King the owner putting me on speaker phone and pairing me up vs his employees to duke it out Frank King the owner told me his employee was never called off on an emergency job for day 1 Frank King the owner conceding to discount the job by jacking is quote from $308 to $646 Frank King the owner got very angry with me and called me a derogatory name and hung up on me. He carefully crawled inside the cabinet space and undid the hardware of the drawer and he removed the top drawer from below. It took an hour and a half and he did not complain about being on his back most of that time. Not a mark on the drawer, no prying no force, he just knew what he was doing. He gave us good advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. His price for a Saturday visit was very reasonable. I can recommend him highly!

I do wash&fold, and not only do they manage to get the toughest stains out after one wash (light beige cotton shorts after a day of hiking in the rain anyone?), they also do an incredible job of folding everything exactly the way clothes should be folded. So now for a little over $15 I get 3 bags of perfectly folded, fresh smelling laundry, all separated by gender (no more searching for my pink socks among my boyfriend's boxers). I hope these wonderful people stay in business forever, and I'm certainly never taking my laundry any place else.

Contacted Pro Pest Control to come investigate the possible cause of some scratching my wife and I…read morewere hearing along the wall separating our bedroom from the outside of the house a few times last week during the night. They immediately responded to our request, and set up an appointment for the following day to perform an inspection. During the inspection, they determined that the noise we heard that we thought was coming from inside the walls may have been an animal scratching the outside of our house, because there were no signs any animals were getting inside the house. We had wildlife traps set up in our house from a previous mouse and squirrel intrusion a couple years ago. The Pro Pest specialist inspected those traps and determined they were still operable and didn't need to be replaced. After his review, he determined that no services were necessary and didn't charge us for his inspection. He could have easily ripped us off and pushed a service on us that wasn't needed, but he didn't. I recommend using Pro Pest Control Service if you want a good, honest service and prompt response time.
