I rent out a spit-level single family home and when the tenants of 8 years left I had to do some significant renovation before re-renting. The carpets in the finished basement and on the stairway that leads from the garage up to the kitchen looked awful. All the dirt and oil from the garage firmly stamped deep into the carpet. We've used Regal twice for our carpets...first, through Gentle Giant Movers in 2012. We were generally happy with the treatment of our rugs at that time, so decided to use them again this past summer to clean and store 4 rugs. Having coordinated the services myself this time, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dave and his staff, and about Regal's services. They were flexible, accommodating and super-friendly. I'm still shocked at how helpful and efficient they were in both collecting our rugs and in delivering them--moving furniture and taking great care not to hit our doorways or walls. He was not only charming, friendly and knowledgeable, he also showed the utmost respect for my home, covering his shoes with protective booties upon entry. I brought an antique expensive Persian rug to Regal Fabric for cleaning. David clearly and thoroughly explained the options to clean up the rug to me. He advised on how to eliminate the risk of color bleeding in the Rug during the wash process which is very important for antique rugs. When I picked up the rug, I was amazed at the quality of the work that they did. All the colors were safe and sound in place with no bleeding. The cleaning job made the colors to stand out beautifully. David is very knowledgeable about rugs and he ensures to inform customers on how to protect their rugs. Great company! Our 25yr old off white couch and love seats were in desperate need of cleaning or we were going to throw them away. Water spots and whatever was collected over the years embedded in them. Dave said that the water spots might not come out but they would do their best. Well they not only came out but the furniture looks almost brand new. I have two reclining couches down in the basement in my man cave, which are 15yrs old and can tend to get a little dusty. We needed our hallway and stairs carpet cleaned at very short notice for an open house. The carpet had not been cleaned since we moved in (5 years). It was pretty dirty and had a variety of stains. They assured me if there were any stains that reappeared, they would come back and take care of them. One stain did happen to come back.
