I received no advance notice, only a text message at (4/23/26) 8:45am, stating that the service tech will be completing the service today (4/23/26). Due to not getting notified until the morning of service, I was unable to clean my yard, due to not being at home when I received the text message, nor was I able to return home before the technician arrived (12:45pm). Your technician Jacob Laureles, may have done a good job regarding service, unfortunately the tone of his report was very rude. (If Fox Pest Control looks at my prior services it will clearly show that my property is always ready. Fox Pest Control needs to do a better job with notifying customers 24 hrs in advance so your customers can get the property ready for their service.
