Have used this company for a few years, and when I called them today (07/14) to see about getting my septic system serviced, I found that they had merged with Wind River Septic & Plumbing. The price for a septic cleanout went from $270 to $400 something. Just a heads up, if you're thinking of using this company, they aren't the same as they were. read more

Just phoned because my septic had not been pumped in a long time and I get this guy yelling at me because he says "my property is banned"? I never had their services so no idea why my property would be banned. My parents have lived here since 1950, and I inherited their house. We've been using Seminole Septic forever. read more

A big shout out to John and his crew, I have had John take care of my tank since I moved in in 1997. Finally, we figured it was time for a new system. As this one was a 61-year-old system, I babied it for way too long. The work was on time, the guys were very curtious and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I have been using AA Cut-Rate for 9 years since I moved to Florida. John who I believe is the owner is so professional and caring. They have never let me down, they are professional and Rick who usually does the pumping is the nicest guy. They come in, they pump the tank and they never leave a mess. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I don't say that lightly. Right before this last storm, my septic tank collapsed. I texted John at 6:45 p.m. when I noticed and he immediately sent Rick to check out why I had a big hole in my back yard, and this was after hours. No charge for coming out which was unbelievable. I am 61 yrs old and have been taken advantage of by many service companies, but John is not that way at all. They will be putting in a new 540 gallon tank for me. Excellent service. I had drain field replaced by AA Cut-Rate Septic Tank Service. I was walked thru the whole procedure. All my questions answered and I actually learned a lot regarding care and proper installation of a Septic system. Mr. John Taylor really has great experience in the field. I understood the technology of the Septic systems. He also corrected an issue that the pipes had since the original Septic tank installation. My toilets flush easily now! I'm very pleased and relieved with the work that Mr. John Traylor and his crew did. I advice that, if you are either installing a whole system or a part of it or simply want more than one estimate, call AA Cut-Rate additionally. Get their opinion and expertise on the subject. Okay, so I've been around the block a few times working with businesses for service. Today, within 2 1/2 hours from calling for help, had return call from John confirming availability and time to have team onsite. Arriving at least a half hour early and the within and hour after arriving the job was completed by Blaine and helper, sorry didn't catch his name. I am extremely happy and grateful that the fear of not having bathrooms available for employees, which created great anxiety, has been flushed. Treated by everyone I spoke to as their ONLY customer for the day. Fast, promised less than given, kind, customer advocate. Cut-rate, no way, cut from the heart of customer service definition. CALL THEM! Now for the competitor, Seminole Septic, no call yesterday evening regarding the situation they were working on, No call this morning to let us know the status we were in to start today. Unable to get a phone answered for 2 hours this morning. Opened at 7am Finally getting a call back, to find they could not, would not be able to bring resolution to our ability to flush.
