I discovered Amy a while back and wow, she's absolutely incredible. If you're looking for the fluff…read moreof doored private rooms, expensive table bedding, lit candles and a quiet atmosphere, (along with the high spa prices) this place is not for you. If you're looking for quality, deep tissue work at a fraction of spa pricing and don't mind some subtle background noise of people talking from time to time, then this is the place for you! The pricing is VERY low and these (mostly) women work 6 days a week. They work so, so hard so the standard 20% tipping is quite low. They make minimum wage so they do rely heavily on tips. My husband is a chiropractor and tries to see Amy every few weeks, if not weekly. She really helps his achy body and helps me with my migraines and neck/back pain. We typically do a 90mins massage that is $60. We always tip $30 or MORE. These ladies work hard. I see people mentioning tipping so I wanted to add this point to my review. Even at $90 (the price we pay w/tip) for a 90mins, it's a massage that can't be beat. I can't speak to the other technicians except Amy. She's exceptional. If you get a 90mins you can opt to skip the seated/laying down foot section and go straight to the room. We prefer the time spent on the entire body so 30mins spent in this chair we skip. The body portion is in a small room without a door. Instead, there is a curtain. You still have lots of privacy but, again, don't come here looking for the fluffy spa experience. Come here if you want an incredible massage (with Amy) and please, compensate accordingly!

Massage is good but when it's time to pay, I gave her a $20 for tip but startled when she said that tips is $30! I've never been to a facility where tip was demanded and 50% for tips is absurd. I like my massage but I'm not coming back. I would have been a regular client had this incident didn't occurred. It's just off putting.

I stopped by this massage place last night on a whim while passing through the area. The shop…read moreitself was clean, and they were advertising a $40 one-hour special, which seemed like a great deal. The massage therapist was polite enough, but unfortunately the massage itself was anything but relaxing. I repeatedly asked her to use less pressure because it was far too painful, but she either didn't understand or chose to ignore my request. Instead of feeling my muscles loosen up, I spent most of the session trying to endure the pain. With about five minutes left, she subtly suggested that there were "additional services" available if I was interested. I looked at her, politely declined, and tried to pretend the conversation never happened. It was awkward and completely unnecessary. As the session was coming to an end, the pain in my neck became unbearable. I finally told her I had had enough and asked to stop early because I genuinely couldn't take it anymore. When I checked out, I left a $10 tip, which I thought was perfectly reasonable considering my experience. She immediately told me the minimum tip should be $20. I've heard this line at too many massage places before, and it's always the same story--asking for more regardless of the quality of the service. I politely refused, paid my bill, and walked out. The real nightmare started the next morning. I woke up with excruciating pain at the base of my neck. It honestly felt like the bones were about to snap. I could barely stand up straight, and every movement sent sharp pain through my neck and upper back. A massage is supposed to leave you feeling refreshed and relieved--not injured. I'm not sure how long this pain will last, but one thing is certain: I will never be returning. What started as an attempt to relax turned into one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had.

The annoying thing was my masseuse's phone rang twice during my massage. Worst yet, she answered it. I find it both rude and unprofessional. When a client has booked a session that time should be for the client. It's very unprofessional to be letting your ring and then answering it. Additionally, there are a lot of people talking unnecessarily in the lobby so this is far from a quiet and soothing massage. During a good massage, I can usually fall asleep but there was just way too much noise. Sorry this disappointed both my wife and I.

The parking is not good at all, I parked a ways down from this place and walked over. I chose a one hour massage and was taken back to a room. The therapist asked the standard "soft, medium or hard?" I chose medium. The massage was good, I think I dozed off a couple of times. I paid $50 for the hour and tipped a standard (for me) $20 tip. The facility was clean, no time was shorted , got the full 60 minutes, parking not good. I would go back, it was a solid massage by a nice lady.

But didn't charge me she just walked me back into a room. I figured I would pay at the end. She stated again that it would be $50 and I confirmed and said okay. After a bit of standing there while I literally took off my shoes she then said $40 for 40 mins so then that's when I decided to leave. I didn't like the switch up in prices or the awkwardness of feeling like I was doing something wrong. I decided to put on my shoes again and she started yelling something. She called the other lady working and they both started saying stuff. It's could have been a whole confusion because of the language barrier but this is just my experience. If you go make sure you have the money ready to pay as soon as you walk in I guess...

I wanted to provide an update on what happened after I called the police. While the police were interviewing the workers at the business, they requested access to the security camera footage. During this time, the masseuse was acting very strange and repeatedly kept touching her pocket, which immediately raised concerns. The police gave her one final opportunity to conduct another search. The officer also asked me if I wanted to search the premises myself, and I told him that I wanted the entire place searched, including the masseuse, her pockets, and everywhere else thoroughly. Shortly after, the owner arrived and began speaking with the police. Then, unbelievably, the masseuse walked back into the same room (room 008) we had previously been in, came back out, and suddenly claimed she had found the missing item. She told the police it was supposedly under the pillow. What makes this highly suspicious is that she had already searched under the pillow and through the NEW sheets while I was present and stated that nothing was there. Now we're expected to believe that it was somehow hidden in the crack of the massage table (according to the owner stated on my friend's review) the entire time. That explanation sounds very sketchy and raises serious concerns about the credibility of what actually happened. STILL never coming back. The masseuse got caught.
