I just had a massage from here and I was debating between getting a combination that includes 15 for feet (75 mins for $50) and a full body (60 mins for $40). The lady at the desk says that the masseuse could do 45 min body and 15 min feet. The massage was fine but that the foot massage they had mentioned didn't pan out, so I asked to pay the $10 to get the foot massage since my feet were hurting. SCAM MASSAGE and HORRIBLE SERVICE!! first few minutes feels nice but after that there was no strength at all. She literally just rolled her fingers around my body. When I told her that she should put more strength she said anymore and it's bad for my body and proceeds with her touching. It was so bad I couldn't wait for it to end. FYI TO ALL MEW CUSTOMERS My first time here and I actually read the reviews before I decided to come, but I had to see for myself to see what this place was all about. I arrived at 8:05 and I was told tha it was 40.00 for an hour body massage which I thought it was reasonable and I agreed to the price, but when I agreed to the price the owner told me that I had to pay $20.00 tip in advance, which I thought it was ridiculous because tips are not obligatory at any kind of business, paying tips is up to us the customers as a token of gratitude and satisfaction for the service received. I must admit, being a masseuse is a hard job and the women masseuse must deal with a lot of shady customers and they rely on tips to make a decent living and because of this I actually tip between $10.00 to $20.00 depending on how satisfied I was with the massage and technique, this is the main reason why I had agreed to pay the $20.00 tip in advance. I got a lady by the name of Lily and her massage was pretty decent ad she deserved the $20.00 tip that I was charges in advance. But I have one major complaint, because the masseuse finished the session10 minutes early and I asked her why? she told me that the owner indicated to her to end at 9:05 because I had arrived at 8:05, she did apologized to me, but I decided to bring this up to the owner because it was her who told Lily to end at 9:05. Eventhough I arrived at 8:05 the massage session didn't begin until 8:15. When I complained about the time, the owner insisted that the session began at the time that I arrived at her shop and not at the actual time the masseuse started, I told her that this is unethical and unprofessional and she didn't care. She insisted that that the time I arrive there is the time the session starts, which to me is bullshit. I can't complain about the masseuse because, she did a decent job. But I want everyone that comes to this place to make sure you all get your whole hour of massage session. If I decide to come back I will make sure I stand my ground and state to the owner of the actual time the masseuse starts the session and the the time that I arrive. read more

Don't come here. Unprofessional, owner has a bad attitude, cut the massage 15 minutes short, even when service is bad they demand 15$. When we told them their service was bad instead of taking constructive criticism they became defensive and told us we were no longer welcomed at the establishment. I've been to a couple of massage places as my work requires me to get a tune up on my back at least twice a year. I used to go to thai massage places but I wanted to tone it down since they can be a bit over-bearing on your back. I randomly stumbled across lily massage on yelp and decided to give it a try because of their extremely low price ($25/hour). I figured I had nothing to lose at that price point and I was right. . I made an appointment prior to showing up and when I got there they took me in at my scheduled time. The massage started right away which featured pressing, rubbing, and some good ol' baby oil. Within the first 15 minutes I knew I had made the smart choice of showing up because the therapist that I had knew where to apply pressure on my body. The best part is that for $25 an hour this place wasn't stingy with their time. I checked the clock from the minute we got started to when we finished and it was an exact hour. I loved her professionalism because at no point did I feel like she was clock watching or looking for ways to kill time. The entire focus was on me and that was very satisfying as a customer. I would recommend this place to anyone and suggest they make an appointment prior to avoid being kept waiting. This is definitely one of the best places in SGV. read more

Lily Massage is my new favorite place to go whenever I'm in San Gabriel. One of many massage parlors in the area, Lily Massage sets itself apart with its friendly staff and wonderful, relaxing services the trained masseuses provide their customers. I've been three times now and I always receive VIP treatment by Linda (the manager) and her staff. The clientele consist of both men and women. The parlor is decorated in pink which, I'm told, is Linda's favorite color (mine too) with 1/2 dozen rooms and a very clean facility overall. There s a shower available. For $25 for a one-hour, full-body massage, Lily Massage is the most affordable massage parlor in the Rosemead & San Gabriel area. Be sure to check this place out, it's certainly worth the time and money. Like I said, it's my favorite place! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the WORST MASSAGE EVER! It was a couples massage and the two therapists never stopped talking! Please know that once you pay them $25 for the massage you will need to pay them $15 more in tip mandatory whether you enjoyed it or not! They didn't give a good massage either it felt like they were finger painting on my back with oil. They slathered it on and just mooshed around. Both of us were enraged at the end of it. A poor experience, in a cheap ass place! MANY reviews in BackRub and the guides to Erotic Happy Ending joints! Calling this place a spa is a euphemistic! It is a low end cheap Chinese massage place. Has shower in restroom, is this then a spa? Sepsis of massage tables suck! The table covering is not changed between people. Personally I bring a large towel and drape table, and have a pillow case, with hole cut in it, to put about face breathing hole in table. Next they have pillows, that are filthy, and do not cover with towels before they are used! Now this is the SPA! Kinda like calling a hooker a social director! Ever think how many people have been on those tables, and how do they clean the cooties from breathing hole? I'd say is not done! ALSO, I carry hand sanitizer, and give to massage girls to sanitize hands before they touch me. Has 8 rooms with doors that close. The way it is framed, about 1 1/2 feet from divider walls to ceiling, so you can hear the moan in next room. Rooms are about 5.5 feet wide, and 10 feet long.... Ugly pink walls, no decorations, pictures, nothing, this is how cheap ass this Chinese joint is! What I experienced was a sorry attitude from the skinny older hag that must run the place. The girl that worked me ok, nice and not skilled at massage! I had their combo, 60 min of massage, and 20 minutes of foot massage= m$30.00/ the masseuse appeared to me, after near 9 years of massage about SGV, untrained! I di not see any license anywhere, for business or massage licenses, whihc many places post copies of my front desk! The sign of a unskilled masseuse and to eat up the clock is this! This is the give away- they get one relaxed and just want to rub upper shoulders and back! In entering from Valley Blvd, very small entry, not anything there of comfort to sit and wait. I went there last Friday to get my usual 90 minute massage. Place was not busy at 7:30pm. Paid the receptionist, then was led to a room. The massage was the worst, that I have ever had. The receptionist was the one that gave me a massage. It lasted 90 minutes, but she must have left the room at least 5-6 times & also was talk to another lady Masseuse in the next room. After I turned over, she did a once over massage on my front. The rooms are a pink color & walls don't go to the ceiling. I will never go back, after that experience. This place sucks! Worse ever. My lady was lazy, didn't know what she was doing, and ended up leaving me achy. She could've been the receptionist for all I know. My fiancé and I were leaving and gave 25% tip and they told me it says on sign 40% tip minimum. I asked where does it say this, then they said well we don't have to write it. Mary worked diligently to relieve all the stress and tension in my body. She was terrific and the manager, Linda, was equally kind and accommodating when I called to make my appointment.
