Last year I bought 4 new tires from this company and alignment. 1. They didnt know how to align my car i ended up having to go to the fiat dealer to get an alignment and my car was still sliding on the road. Ace tires did refund my money on the alignment I did with them but never bothered trying to look at my tires again. I recently went to pepboys for car maintainance and they advised me that one of my tires was bad so I went to ace tires and advised them of this and they told me well since its been a fee months theres nothing we can do... Im very upset because I had been complaining of this to them and they didnt do anything about it when I first bought the tires and simply brush customers off!!! Now Im stuck with bad tires that had defect and they refused to do anything about it since day one!!! read more

Been coming here for over 10 yrs. Was originally told about them as a tip from a trusted mechanic. He ordered all his tires from them. I remember when they were at their old location a few blocks away from where they are now. Back then they only sold tires. Didn't install or anything. Now they've expanded to a full service tire shop, offering alignments and even oil changes. Rick has been with them since I started going here. I always ask for him. Very friendly helpful guy. I always ask for the cheapest tire available. He lets me know if it's any good or if he recommends a slightly better tire for a few bucks more. As a tip, the cheapest tires are usually Chinese made crap. Car dealers buy these to sell car with nice looking tires that have a lot of tread. But they don't ever last and tend to have terrible handling characteristics. Every time I need new tires for a car i always question myself and call different places to get prices, check online etc. Every time it's a waste of time. They have the best price. I have only found slightly better prices online but then when they add the shipping it's more expensive. Plus then I have to throw the tires in the back of my car and find an installer. Who is going to overcharge me for not buying the tires with him btw. Not worth it. Long story short, I've been coming here for years and have sent countless people to them. Wow I'm very disappointed. I used to love coming here for all my tire and mechanical needs. Recently I brought in my work van because I didn't have AC so wanted to get it checked. They end up telling me that it's pretty banged up and they need to take out the whole dash board and so on. They also told me it needed some parts. So I asked how much will all this cost me they then said $768 I was like wow that's high but if it needs to be fixed I'll bring it back when I can. So today I went to an AC repair shop near by Ace and told the guy everything Ace said. He looks at me and says watch this " He removed a small peace of my dash which on the top and then shows me the disconnected a cable and that was the reason I didn't have AC " took them 2min to fix the issue. Now why would a place like ACE try to screw customers over and lie ? The Dash didn't need to be removed no parts where needed. Don't come here again if you have before read more

HORRIBLE COSTLY EXPERIENCE ~~~~ OWN A PREMIUM CAR OR SUV??? Then DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE!!! They will cost you a lot of money due to bad alignment rig and no concern when the issue is brought to their attention. I purchased $1500 in tires for my 08 X5 Sport 20" wheels. Left with a bad alignment, Notified them at 12 weeks that I had a weird sound and maybe vibration(im sure it took the 12 weeks with the bad alignment to show these symptoms). I brought it in and they balanced all 4 on my dime(no questions if it was their previous work), Tech noticed something out on the front right wheel(alignment). I mentioned to the so called service manager what the tech said and edwin(service manager) brushed it off saying "all those cars sit slanted like that" I found it odd,When I left and still heard/felt the issue I knew the damage was already done to the tire and by their passive approach I knew I was on my own. So 10,000 miles later I have witnessed the right front tire sounding awful and now a outer bald ring around it. Left is fine. I did call to confront the issue and was given no solution, Just excuses on top of excuses. ACE is 100% responsible for the damage to my tire and horrible ride for the last year. I wanted very specific high end tires for my car but of course with high end tires come high end prices. We shopped around for tires for weeks and were then recommended by a friend to Ace Tire. The prices they were able to give us were significantly less than the others we had called. I took my car on a Saturday and the service was good, attentive, and quick. As luck would have it the day after I got my new tires I got a screw stuck in one tire but thanks to their great customer service and the fact that I had just purchased the tires, they removed the screw and patched the tire free of charge. It's not something they were required to do, but they did it because it's good customer service. As soon as I left I told myself I would make sure to write up a review on this place. In a nutshell...great prices, great customer service, clean location, I recommend this place and will do so to friends in the future. read more

Make sure you ask questions about tire warranty, lifetime rotation, road hazard warranty, etc. because neither they, their website or receipt will mention it.. They will automatically charge you for the roadside hazard coverage. Waited two hours to have my tires installed and they looked dirty and worn(.Maybe they took it for a test drive to West Palm Beach to account for the 2 hours and worn look.) I also noticed most other tire dealers include Tire Pressure Monitor System Reset and Valve Stem Replacement as part of package, but not here. Is it so hard to list what services are included in your website. On a positive note, I did get a good price on my tires, if indeed they were new. Ask questions before you purchase. read more
