Highly recommend! Any company can sell a product, but you learn about the quality of a company if they need to service a product they sold. We purchased an ARE camper shell from Custom for our Tundra Crew Max. Custom obtained the color code from the truck documentation and provided this to ARE. However, when the camper arrived the color did not match our truck. Custom pointed this out to my wife before she noticed the discrepancy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Custom communicated with ARE regarding a solution for the problem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Custom was able to obtain a credit which was utilized to have the camper shell repainted at a local shop. It took several attempts, but the local shop was able to match the truck color. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bottom line, Custom coordinated with ARE and the local shop to correct the problem.
