We reached out to the company for a refund and received a rude reply and a denial of any kind of refund. Save your money and re-watch Sixth Sense if you want a spooky evening. The only thing scary here was how awful the tour was.

The Knoxville Visitors Center is head and shoulders above any other I've been to regarding the service and the offerings. What other center has a working radio station, complete with live music performances (Blue Plate Special)? There are countless maps, bus, trolley, and event schedules, biz flyers, and a fairly comprehensive gift shop. I love that the gift shop is full of local vendor merchandise. This spot is a true celebration of our city. Make sure to check out the outdoor wall mural near the rear parking lot.

They have created a schedule with local breweries in town to deliver food and beer. I have used Knox Brew Tours to have beer delivered directly from Abridged and it was seamless. I ordered directly from Abridged and within a couple of hours Knox Brew Tours bus pulled up in front of my house with my beer. Seriously, how cool is that!? There is a small delivery fee and when you order over the phone with the breweries you have the option to tip the staff. It's a great way to support our local community and drink delicious beer. I've gotten pretty used to delivery beer, and really hope it's something that sticks around long after the pandemic is over!
