He found the parts right away, rewired the signal lights himself (even with torn and missing wires), and had everything fixed and painted in just a day and a half, right before New Year's. Took my car in for damage done to my door. He did such a great job, and the communication and promptness was great.. I ended up taking my car back for my roof.. when I bought it had a black wrap that was peeling and looking very ugly and made my car look so much older, I talked to him about it and he suggested we paint it and it was the best suggestion ever. Scratching your car is the worst. Finding a reputable body shop is even worse, but this IS one. It is a small shop, and finding it is tricky, but owner Mike and his staff are first rate. Send him pictures and will give you an estimate of the work needed. At first I was worried that he wanted to do more work than necessary taking it down past the paint. This type of work has to be flawless, and his job was. I was cringing when I saw the in progress photo, but the price was extremely reasonable. I walked into this body shop and met with Mike the shop owner/manager. He was very accommodating and understanding about what I needed. The work was basically a grill swap on my S5 Audi and Mike was able to offer a great deal at a reasonable price to get the job done. I offered to wrench with him as needed and we got the job done very well at the end of the day. I also got to play catch with Ace (shop dog) and that was fun! Really regretting not taking before and after photos. I toyed around with the idea of just buying a new car but decided to call around to try and get some quotes to fix and paint my 2006 Tacoma. I called A.C.E.R. and Mike the owner not only picked up the phone right away but came over to my house to look at the truck and give us an estimate that same day! He asked us what kind of budget we had in mind and you could tell that he cared and wanted to work with us to stay close to that as best as possible. I had a huge dent in the side of my drivers side door from hitting it on a parking garage concrete pillar and the roof was rusting and sad. There were also a bunch of small dents just from general wear and tear of having it for over 10 years. We dropped the truck off and since he was busy he let us know it would be about 3 weeks to get it back. When we went to pick it up it looked shiny and brand new! He fixed all of the little dents and I thought it was perfect. Well he still said it wasn't 100% up to his standards and he just needed one more day with it whenever we could squeeze that in. We just took it into him this last Saturday, and he threw one more coat of sealant to make it last longer and did one final walk through to make sure it was absolutely perfect. This was my 2nd encounter with Mike the proprietor of Acer Auto Body...& again my expectations were fulfilled byond my wishes...I had a little adjustment needed on my SUV rear quarter panel...He & his sidekick Fidel got right to it...both of them worked on it...( Mike stopped a welding job on a car restoration) after a half hour it was fixed...
